I gave four stars because I feel a couple of employees could use some more training as it took the entire store staff to change my wiper blades on one occasion.

DO NOT COME HERE! I recently moved to the Mesa area and needed my biannual service for my Honda…read moreInsight 2019. That service went well but within a week or so of my 85,000 service I noticed a squealing noise coming from the vents while using my AC. I will start off by saying I know when I scheduled my service the way Philip talked to me should have been a red flag but we decided to bring the car in anyways. I had my husband manage the contact with Philip after he was condescending with me. On 03/20/26, Philip called us after the projected time we were given to hear back and indicated that my AC Compressor had been severely damaged and caused catastrophic damage to the whole system and that I will need a whole AC system replacement. He quoted us a little under $10,000. Honda has a recall on the AC Condenser in my vehicle as certified by another Honda dealership (Chandler), as Philip refused to check for us via VIN. Philip was short and indicated that he did not see how that would be related at all but would contact his manager. This morning, 03/21/26 my spouse called and Philip indicated that the AC Condenser was not the issue. We decided to get a second opinion as the whole interaction with Philip was shady and we felt uneasy. Philip did not want to even talk to my husband about the issues in depth while paying for the diagnostic fee- $240. Finally after my husband questioned why Philip wouldn't talk about the vehicles concerns. Philip indicated while being condescending and infantilizing my husband, that the issue was the Evaporator and that everything else is just contaminated. Philip would not go into detail of what "contamination" meant. This explanation is a completely different story than received on 03/20/26. We are unsure if this error was complete idiotic incompetence on his part or if he had malicious intent. Either way, we were not working with them anymore. Philip indicated manager approved $8,600 cost for total AC system replacement. To which we declined as he destroyed what little trust we had left. This "updated story" was reflected in the service recommendations from the Tech. I will never recommend this Honda Dealership from our personal experience or as per research and review, it seems that their reputation is justified.

It was a trade in (used vehicle) but fit ALL the criteria we were looking for. Dealership was very clean and one thing that was highly noticeable & appreciated here, was that they did not have sales people hounding us on their sales lot. You can pulling in and browse without numerous sales people coming at you at once! It's a very relaxed and chill environment to shop. Our salesman was very personable, knowledgable, and professional. Did a great job of answering our questions. The whole process was handled well. We had our own finance company, so that was a fairly smooth procedure. Through the course of our time there, there was a lot of waiting as it seems to be a very lengthy operation from start to finish in purchasing a vehicle. That said, this ensures that both parties are solid and that the transaction $ is finalized with all the necessary documentation required. NOTE- pay close attention to to your total cost and if they present any DOC fee charges. Look that up and educate yourself on it as this was something we were not familiar with. It can vary from $85 to 900 plus depending on the state. It's an absolute BS money grab that probably just pays the commission to ALL involved in that car sale. If you can negotiate this or rid this that would most beneficial to your out of pocket cost. We have enjoy our car and have been pleased by the dealership allowing us to come in and have our vehicle washed. They do also offer additional services and warranties and have nice customer appreciation and holiday gatherings we've attended as well.

My car-buying experience at this dealership was initially easy and stress-free, which is why this…read moreis not a reflection of the sales process itself. The reason for my 2-star review is based entirely on my post-purchase experience. I purchased a pre-owned Audi with just over 60,000 miles. After a physical inspection, reviewing the Carfax report, and reading general reviews, I felt confident I was purchasing a solid vehicle. Unfortunately, that confidence was misplaced. When I went in for my first oil change, multiple serious issues were discovered during the inspection--issues that are not easily noticeable when shopping for a car. The vehicle was found to need over $9,000 in repairs, including cracked ball bearings, a cracked ball joint, suspension and shock issues, and AC performance problems, among others. This was completely unexpected for a vehicle of this mileage that I had owned for only a few months. What's most disappointing is that none of this was disclosed at the time of purchase. As a result, I am now faced with managing not only my car payment and insurance, but also a significant and unforeseen repair expense. I reached out to Audi directly, but since the vehicle was purchased from a non-Audi dealership, they were unable to assist. This experience has left me with a very poor impression of the dealership and its lack of transparency. Lesson learned: when buying a pre-owned vehicle, always have it fully inspected by an independent mechanic beforehand. Dealerships need to be more honest and transparent with consumers--this is the only way to build trust and a lasting reputation. Selling a customer a vehicle with undisclosed major issues is unacceptable.

Salesman wrote up an offer I countered with an offer of $2000 less Salesman went to the Manager they came back agreeing to the discount. I looked the order over and signed it. I noticed on the dollar amount for the sales tax was what appeared to be high. The salesman said it would be corrected in the finance office. Sales tax was adjusted to the correct amount, I was given a final number that we thought was correct. They let me take the car to return the next day to pay. Thinking the about was possibly wrong I refigured out the amount and realized it was $2230.09 too high. I approached the credit manager explained the situation, he went to a manager who said too bad I signed the contract and too bad. I was next approached by the general Manager Luis Becerra he also said too bad, I told them they could have the car back, he said too bad they would turn it over to the bank as a repo. BOTTOM LINE I was shortchanged by $2,230. which was $446.17 more than the original price. BEWARE, they inflated the sales tax adding the additional amount to the price then correct the price but leaving the addition in the final $.

Today I had an appointment for scheduled maintenance, while waiting I received this urgent message that my vehicle needed additional service, it needed nothing, tire rotation and air filter was taken care of by me, it turns out they claimed I needed my wiper blades replaced for $62 a pair, mind you, only one side was damaged and it's my claim it was intentionally damaged by the technician, it's an old trick to get money out of me for the free oil change, I actually paid for at the time I purchased the Truck, when I approached Victor he was going to do nothing about it, I went back and asked to see the service manager, where I met Adam, what they didn't know was I checked my wiper blades a few days prior and cleaned them, Adam knew they had done wrong, yet he justified the poor conduct of his technician. I will give Adam credit where due, I requested corrective action and he did replace the wiper, which is telling in itself. Stealerships have the reputation they have because of these games, they've earned it and should own it. I will not return ever to any Courtesy dealership, they must own what they did.
