I've been a customer with Discount Tire as a whole through many different states I've lived in. Now that I've landed myself in the desert, this is my go-to location. Customer service here is extremely honest, helpful and timely. I've appreciated the guys here who have quoted me tires over the phone and also worked with me on scheduling installation of my tires. I also recently found out they can repair or install sensors for your tires as well and for a decent price too! Tell me why the dealership quoted me quadruple the price for my tire sensors when Discount Tire told me it wouldn't cost me more than $69 for them to replace my malfunctioning sensor. Not a negative, but something to note, at times this place can get pretty busy even if you're just getting in line for an air pressure check. Had 4 new tires installed on 2/10. I had to go back on 2/11 because one set of the weights was not put on correctly and it was rubbing my brake caliper. That was corrected, but then I noticed one of my lug nots missing 2 days later while washing the truck. Not only that, none of the center caps were fully snapped into place...I had to pop those on all the way. I go back to the store on 2/16 only to have them put on a 6-spline lug nut that doesn't match the current 7 spline set, so now I'm expected to carry two keys with me? After some convincing I was told they would order me a new set of lug nuts so all matched. I even said I don't care if they are 6 or 7 spline as long as I only have to carry 1 key. Come March 3rd and no response so I call and get told they should be in that day. March 4th and still no call back... I've used this store for 6-7 sets of tires and have never had an issue but after this experience I cannot recommend them. I won't go back to that store. I guess I'll have to order a new set of lug nuts myself, at least that way I can guarantee they ALL get put on and match. read more

I had a flat tire and went in after they had closed. John Henry came over when I pulled up, and offered to either add air to the tore or put a spare on for me. When I told him I was flying out in the morning and was going to park at the airport for 4 days, he went to his boss and got special permission to fix my tire. He was amazing and saved me! I had a great experience with Olivia at Discount Tire. She promptly met me at my car as soon as I parked, was knowledgeable, and explained the issue clearly. After the tire repair, Olivia noticed my wife didn't realize the tire pressure sensor wouldn't reset until driving a few miles. My OEM tires from the dealer only lasted about 14,000 miles. My service advisor, Brennan, was great. He contacted the tire vendor, despite me not having purchased the tires from Discount Tire. Brought in a classic car wheel, freshly restored for them to mount to a new tire. I asked them to take care of it as the paint was fresh and took lots of time and care to get right. The Queen Creek Discount Tire is usually my go-to store, but decided to go with the dudes closer to him at Ray and Val Vista. They scuffed and scarred the wheel and brought it out like nothing was wrong. I have to refinish the entire wheel. Terrible. Never going back. read more

If you value your car don't go to this discount tire. They back my car into a parked truck when they were putting 4 new tires on my vehicle. I regret allowing this discount tire to work on my car. Looking back I should have insisted on buying my tires at a different discount tire. the manager assured me they would take care of everything and their claims process would get my car in pre-accident condition. the company they use; Fleet Response has a bad reputation with body shops because the first place I went to refused to work with them. I found a shop that was willing to work with them but even then there were multiple delays where we were just waiting for authorization or a response from Fleet Response. After getting my car back I noticed that in reverse my rear axel was clicking, something that did not happen before the accident. the body shop asked me to get it diagnosed by a mechanic and to bring them the estimate. the body shop found that the rear driver side axel outer boot is clicking. they denied the claim saying they are not responsible, it could not be related to the accident because it is on the opposite side of the impact, and it is just wear and tear. the manager that claimed they would take care of everything no longer works at this location and the current manager Cody is like a discount tire robot just repeating the Fleet Response BS. I've been bringing my vehicle to this Discount for years. Today I brought my vehicle here as I needed new front tires. They didn't have any in stock and said 3-4 days they could have it. I said I couldn't wait that long so I was going to just go to the dealer and get them. He looked again and found a different brand and could have them in store and put on today so I said yes paid and left. Fast forward to 3:20 I called them and still no tires. 5:35 they called and I was a minute from the store so I stopped in. The tires are in but I would have to wait until at least 7:15 to get the 2 tires installed as he said 10 people are in front of me and I don't have an appointment. I said are you sure, the guy that sold me the tires said it would be really quick and now it is 1.5 hours. No one told me I needed an appointment. They just said it'll be quick when they come in. The guy was rude and we ended up just leaving. I wasn't going to be that customer that made the employees work until after 7. read more

I purchased 2 tires and had them installed. When I went to pick up my car they told me that they accidentally broke 2 of my wheel center caps. They were apologetic and the guy who actually broke them was standing there at the counter and explained what happened. They told me that they decided to replace the whole set of 4 caps and they would let me know when they came in. Nice. Almost three weeks later they called and I went in on the next Monday for the caps. The guy at the counter told me that they had only ordered 1 cap and that he wasn't involved in any of it so he had no idea what happened. He came outside and put the 1 cap on and said he would order another one. It's been over a month and I haven't heard a word from them. I'm just going to order my own cap as I'm tired of driving around with only 3. I've used this place for my tire purchases for years but I won't be going back. I'll try Walmart next time. read more

Friendly Service, Really Fast During My Visit! Our 2021 Toyota 4Runner cake with junky 4 ply tires that had a couple repairs done with only 1,700 miles on the car. Time for some proper 10 ply tires with more beefy tread. We dropped the vehicle off and went to get tacos next door and they were already done before our food was all eaten! My boyfriend bought a new truck less than 24 hours after purchasing it they damaged 2 of the rims and the guy just wanted to buff out the damage WRONG!! They need to replace them do the right thing. So after all said and done they're going to file a claim to replace them due to the cost. read more

Outstanding and professional. Purchased my tires on line and booked my appointment. Unfortunately I picked wrong tire size (my mistake). They called, ordered the correct size, parked my car overnight inside their bay, installed new tires the next morning. New tires are perfect, and I got a refund from my original tires I selected. Came in to get tires rotated and rebalanced, and to replace a faulty pressure sensor. I was informed that the sensor was not faulty and so this visit wouldn't cost anything, Connor helped me out and was insanely helpful, kind, and understood exactly what I was saying even though I don't know any of the technical jargon. He was incredibly charismatic and fun to talk to. I'm definitely coming back next time I need my tires rotated.
