    They run a professional shop and they know Jeeps better than the dealership. They upgraded the suspension on my Gladiator truck and it drives like a limousine.

    Took me a while to make the decision to drive from Riverside CA to LetzRoll Off-road in Mesa AZ and NO REGRETS. Andrew and his crew did OUTSTANDING work to my JEEP JLUR. Addressed every question and made my build a reality. From axel shafts, drive shaft, axel trusses, lift, shocks, gears, aluminum steering kit and breaking it in for me. Definitely looking forward to phase 2 of the build and will be driving back to get Letzroll Off-road. Highly recommend this shop, professional and are experts in their field of work. Extremely happy with my Jeep, all thanks to Letzroll Off-road!

    Great shop and great employees! LetzRoll has put in a custom roll cage, heavy duty steering, new Yukon gears and done several welding jobs on my 05 Jeep LJ. Every time I have been very pleased with the work completed and pricing. Everyone in the shop is very knowledgeable when it comes to jeep repairs and upgrades. Andrew has always taken time to explain my options and the pros and cons of each. I recently had an issue with the Yukon gears they put in my Jeep 3 years ago and they needed to be replaced. The Yukon warranty is only a year and there was no way to say why they failed. Andrew really went above and beyond what he needed to do to take care of me and replaced the gears at what I calculate to be at his cost. He didn't have to do anything but I feel he really values his customers and wants to take care of us. I would recommend LetzRoll and the crew there for any repairs or mods to whatever you are wheeling. They will treat you fairly and do an awesome job.

    Big shout out to Letzroll Off-road for working on my Jeep! Bad ass Upper and Lower control arms and an adjustable track bar!!! This thing is riding like a dream now!! Great customer service and they had it done 2 full days sooner then they estimated. Will definitely be doing future work with these guys!!!

I rescheduled my whole day to have the oil change done to my vehicle at 9AM. I arrived on time to the store, only to find out they do not have the personnel on site to do the oil change. They said they would call me when the personnel showed up to do the work. NEVER GOT A CALL! REALLY? WTF? Are you F'N kidding me!! This is not the first time this store has failed to deliver service on time due to no personnel to do the work. PEP BOYS should be out of business PERIOD!! 2 PEP BOYS stores in the MESA AZ area, I have now experienced, who can't seem to get the job done right the first time. And they think coming back at a different time to have the service done is okay. REALLY?? My time is worth nothing?? AND re-scheduling my whole day to have the service done is easy?? ARE YOU F'N KIDDING ME!!! GET REAL! You don't have the personnel to do the work, then maybe you shouldn't schedule oil changes until you do. PEP BOYS NEEDS TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS....PERIOD!!!

    What an inconsiderate set of people. I had attempted to purchase tires through walmart. What a joke…read moreit was. What a lazy service staff. Left me standing in the drive up for 15 minutes, after walking inside, was told you need to wait outside in 100's. The guy was literally peering at me every 2 minutes , and just neglected walking over. Just shows how inconsiderate. Guy comes out, and apparently the appointment I made online was not in the system. So, instead of being accommodating, the guy is being stand-off ish. Let's be solution oriented? This is not an unsolvable problem. There's no line and no wait time. Instead looking all confused, and possibly judgmental, brings his supervisor over. Just odd to not have accommodating and easy going people, over tire service. I am not making an appointment at the Ritz Carlton. Seemed like they wanted to make a fuss over it. Just get the service and tire mounted pronto, promptly, politely, by all means, and make the customer happy. Cannot say they came even close. Delusional staff members say they have no connection to the Walmart.com So, when I brought in my own tires after I had tried to purchase the same exact tires through them, and had two unexpected cancelations on their end, I THOGHT, it would be a simple courtesy for them to offer the 18 dollar installation, instead of the 28 dollar, non Walmart tire price. Considering the extenuating circumstances, I believed this would be appropriate. I in fact tried to get the very same tire through them. At one point I had explained this and it seemed like the guy understood, and recognized the inconvenience. I was under the impression they were extending the $18 price. After signing and waiting an hour and a half, I went to pay. I found out they did not. In addition there were scratches from where they carelessly pulled, and slid, the flat tire from the trunk of the car across the plastic. As if all of this was not enough, I found another pool of gunk left in a puddle of the trunk. WTF? I hope these people have a good job lined up, because they are asking for a lawsuit. At the very least they are looking for a disciplinary action. They need to learn Walmarts courtesy policy. They need to learn how to use particle wisdom. They need to learn respect for people's property. What a violation to abuse the trust we have , with auto people, who handle our cars. Should be severe consequences. I am not sure if Walmart has cameras, but they should be able to review the repair. All around very unpleasant , and irritating experience.
