I visit Auto Parts stores several times a month, but never knew there was a Parts Authority nearby…read more I went in, asked if they sold tools and the young man behind the counter opened a book and went right to the tool I was looking for. He said he could have it in a couple of hours, and they did. These guys know what they are doing, and very responsive and they work as a team. I did not have to wait for the young man, who ordered the tool for me, to get the tool I ordered, one of the other gentleman knew who I was and what I ordered and was able to get me on my way quickly. It looks like I might be bypassing the other chain stores and heading to Pa from now on! Great job guys!

After standing there for over 5 minutes I walked out & went to a different parts store. How can 3 different people watch a customer stand there for so long without helping or asking what I needed. They were not on the phone helping other customers either. Customer service couldn't be worse in my opinion. Apparently they don't need the business.

He doesn't think an O'Reilly's employee putting the wrong coolant into a car without permission is problematic. Those were his words. He also called my mother and left a message and told her to call him back at the number that wouldn't work. Mixing green coolant into a Toyota Sienna that uses red (Toyota Long Life) coolant can cause the two types to react, creating a sludgy, gel-like substance that clogs the radiator, heater core, and engine passages. This sludge can lead to overheating, water pump failure, and significant engine damage. If some of the O'Reillys employees at the stores and in the corporate office, are this incompetent...
