I picked up my new truck on a Saturday morning. I stopped by Truck Access Plus to look at a bed cover and side rails. I was greeted immediately by a friendly young man. He showed me several choices of what I was looking for. Another employee checked stock to make sure the parts I wanted were available. They had everything in stock. I did not have an appointment but they took my truck in right away. I was told to give them an hour to install the items. After 45 minutes I was told they were done. I was shown how to use the add ons. The truck bed cover has a lifetime warranty which they filled out online. When I got home there was already a message regarding the warranty. I had an issue with my folding bed cover. I called in and talked with someone, they told me to come down so they can get pictures and warranty it. It was that easy I pulled up he took pictures said he had to order a new one. Called me a week later and said the new cover was in just stop by and they will put it on. Stopped by one day after work and they had me in and out in under 15 minutes. Great people to work with. What an absolutely great experience. I ordered a bed cover for my truck and scheduled an installation online. When I arrived at my scheduled time they took my truck into one of their bays and I browsed their showroom for a few minutes. Then went next door to eat lunch, which was very good. I did the research. The reviews were spot on. This is the nicest and most functional bed cover I could buy. I called and spoke with Mario about a week ago. Today in the shop I worked with his brother Marvin. Both were very friendly and professional. Marvin demonstrated several bed cover models. The Bakflip MX4 was by far the nicest. It folds completely off the bed to allow full access. Marvin explained that I would have full access to the bed rails. He told me the installation would take 45 minutes. I told him to get started and went next door for a bite to eat. Set my alarm for 45 minutes. The timing was incredible. In 43 minutes the installation was completely. I am completely satisfied. I was about to do a 2nd review of this place and discovered my 1st review hadn't posted for some reason. Thus the late post from about a year ago. This past August we were workkamping in Northern MN and I didn't realize I had buckled my 5th wheel and it just touched down on the side rail of my tonneau bending it a bit thus making it difficult to line up in the rear end. Upon our return to Phoenix (where we do volunteer work in the winter) I stopped by Truck Access Plus to see if it was repairable. Mario checked and took it right to the back and the tech determined it could not. So we talked about ordering a replacement rail. Well because it wasn't failure in manufacturing it wasn't covered by a warranty. Really not a problem as I figured it would not be covered. They ordered the part for me and when it came a few days later, they installed it for me in no time at all. And at a decent price. I like to talk with people about TAPlus and warn them about the guys who work there. I tell folks if they are used to being sold something they really don't want or need, or if they are used to being overcharged for truck accessories, this IS NOT the place. This place is fantastic. Went in to purchase a hard fiberglass painted to match cover. Was directed to the BAK Flip MX4 and bed rug last Monday, purchased them specifically to protect my clothes, food and camping gear. Gave them a very high Google review, because of the purchase process. Was I ever wrong, Gave it way to Soon! Went camping this past weekend, upon arrival at my camp site, all my food, clothing, camping gear that I wanted to protect was full of dirt and dust. Went back this morning to show them the condition of my truck bed and brand new bed rug. Told Jr, that I was hesitate to even wash my truck for fear of water leakage. He said, "your stuff was safe and out of view" I repeated myself about the dirt and fear of water leakage. He didn't care he was just focused on interpreting for the non English speaking shoppers. Told me, when he was able to break away "you will need a tailgate seal kit, and the only way to prevent this in the future is to completely caulk the whole underside perimeter to make sure it doesn't leak" Asked why he hadn't told me that when I told him that I never had that problem with my other truck that had a hard fiberglass cover while I was trying to decide which to buy,"we don't sell those tailgate seals". So much for the best, most popular product they sell. Shop around, they only sell the product, took the money and ran. They could of cared less, I will pass this on to everyone, as a native of Phoenix I should have stayed with the more reputable established companies that have been here for years. Would have paid a few dollars more, but you get what you pay for. Drove from Casa Grande to Phoenix first thing Saturday a.m. and was in and out in under 1 hour. AND I bought a cargo gate! Mario Sr. and Mario Jr. were the best-est; polite, friendly, and knowledgable, and they drive a hard bargain!
