The service he provided was outstanding and most importantly I had a lot of confidence in his abilities to perform the job that was needed to give me and my wife the peace of mind, knowing that the house met the quality and the code requirements. Xavier performed another home inspection on a previous Home that we were looking to buy, and based off the information we received from that inspection we were able to walk away from it, knowing that we made the right choice and went with the house that we have now. I recommend Xavier and Sunhouse inspections to anybody who wants a professional honest opinion and is looking for someone to do the job, right. The price we paid was pennies compared to the mistake that could've been done. Great price, professionalism, respect, kindness, and courteous is what a team is built on and Sunhouse inspections does that.

It turns out there was a break and clog in the main line, after looking back on the inspection report the only issue he caught was there was one of the sinks that was slow to drain. While I understand he isn't a plumber and does have a camera to look in the piping. I would've expected him to run the water for at least a certain amount of time to make sure there wasn't any blockages. He also reported there being no carbon monoxide detector in the house even though there is and I can see it in the pictures he took. He caught most things but unfortunately this is a 20k repair I'm on the hook for that took almost no time to find.
