Ric was absolutely amazing during our home inspection. He was very thorough, and took pictures of every inch of the house. The areas of the home that he couldn't physically show us like the roof and the attic, he showed us the pictures that he had taken and explained what he was looking at and if repairs needed to be made. He then walked us through the entire house inside and out and pointed out things that he recommended that we put on list to address in the future. We really appreciated the time that Ric took with us. He didn't rush through the process and he answered all of our questions. He even told us that we could call him in the future if we had any questions about anything in our house. When you pay for a service you expect a certain standard. Well, that is why I am writing this review, as this was above any expectations we could have from an inspection. Richard and his colleague spent hours checking out the house and at the end he took his time to go over the pictures and walked with us through the house and around it. My husband knows a lot because he always asks a lot and Richard answered and explained everything we wanted to know. He took his time, and we got the report promptly after the inspection. I prepared a personal list of things I could think of to check for, cracks, if water would stay in the sink, warm/cold water. Cooling/Heathing. Doors etc. Well ... Richard did a great job inspecting the home I was in process of purchasing. This was a 5-yr old home in great shape jafter the seller had fixed discrepancies from a previous inspection and Richard discovered many "fix-its" and a few that were partially repaired as a band-aid fix to get through selling the home; including a thorough pool, electrical, and window inspection. He also walked us through all the systems in the home, what to look for when they start wearing out and how often they should be serviced to extend their life.
