They replaced them, and at first, it seemed like everything was fixed. Unfortunately, the fix only lasted one use before the system went right back to not working. After waiting three weeks just to get into the shop, it's really frustrating to be back at square one so quickly. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, straightforward, and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. Once our RV was in the shop, the turnaround was quick. But at the end of the day, what matters most is whether the repair holds, and in our case, it didn't. Bottom line: nice people, but our repair failed immediately, and that's not what you hope for when you trust a shop with your RV.

She was rude and difficult to deal with. At one point she called demanding our deductible check be mailed, without the job being finished. We had our black tank replaced, and it STILL leaks. Their excuse that a new tank will leak if filled all the way is simply not true, according to other RV techs. They've refused to fix the issue and badly overcharged our insurance company, which now won't work with them anymore. They made zero effort to rectify the situation. They do not stand by their work. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have a new Subaru Forester Wilderness and a Torklift Eco-Hitch Class III receiver. I need…read moreassistance getting the hitch installed and running the necessary wiring. I started a trailer hitch installation project on Yelp. So I sent a message to 10 & Two RV Repair, Lewis Hitches and State Trailer explaining my needs and what I'd like accomplished. The other businesses responded right away. I called 10 & Two RV Repair on July 5, 2022 during business hours and got their voice mail. Left voice mail. Called again this morning (07-07-2022) before I went to work and left voice mail. Sent two messages on Yelp. I was officially ghosted. No response from 10 & Two RV Repair. Now, the business can come back after they see my 1-star review and reply right away... in which case, I'd say they're full of poop because how would they possibly have the time of day to respond to a 1-star review and not my repeated voicemails or messages sent via Yelp? So... You've got energy to try to make a feable attempt to defend a 1-star review, but not enough energy to actually help paying customers that legitimately want to give you their business? ...interesting. How many more chances did 10 & Two RV Repair want me to give them? Should I have made a third phone call? Did I need to send a third message on Yelp? Perhaps a smoke signal or a sky writer? Is 10 & Two RV Repair expecting new customers to take time out of their day or request a day of vacation from work to drive to their establishment in person to seek assistance? Lololololol. Lololololol. 10 & Two RV Repair really have no need to get butthurt at all. Apparently, they have so much business - they can't be bothered with new customers. Am I right, fellas? Take a look at my screenshots and all of the ducks I have in a row. I have no personal vested interest in roasting local businesses and I'm certain they'll come back with a few dozen excuses as to why they never received my Yelp messages or voice mails... which is why I began taking screenshots so that the Yelp community can form their own opinions. I'm simply writing a review based on my personal experience and holding 10 & Two RV Repair accountable for their actions... or lack thereof. Thankfully, I no longer need to worry about 10 & Two RV Repair. I went with another local business that replied promptly and got me scheduled in a couple of weeks. Keep up the great work, everyone and congratulations on all the business and repeat customers you must have!

In addition, I needed some other work which included replacing a side camara, removing the diamond shield on the generator door, "which he had to do anyways due to the damage from the chair", which would require repainting the whole door. I also ask him to prep and repaint the upper trim around the bus. He needed three colors to do the door but buy enough paint to do the upper trim also. since we were replacing the one side camera lets due a backup and the other side camera as well. I sent Brian pictures of the damage. Brian was prompt with the estimate and made a comment it was a rough draft but would work with me. Brian was paid in full buy the guy who caused the damage prior to starting the job. Brian indicated he had to finish a couple other jobs and should be able start in a week or so. This was around the first week of Nov. I had no issues with that because I was going to be out of state. Brian had a hard time committing to more than a couple hours of work when he did show up. He would say he was coming and not come. I would text him and he very slow to respond. Had to text him several time. I finally indicated to him he needed to communicate with me. He sent me pics of some of his paint work which look good and he indicated he owned body shop for several years. I don't like burning people on a review but felt my experience with Bryon should be told. Brians work ethics as a business owner for me were below my minimum expectations. Not Dependable! He started my job the first of November 2025 and has never completed the work. My last communication with Bryon was on January 1st. I had mentioned to him I needed it at Christmas. He replied not a problem..lol. First, he doesn't show up when he says he going to and when he did show up it was only for a couple of hours before dark. To help expedite the work, I removed the 3M film and 1/2 glue residual on the front of the bus. I installed the backup camara. The lower driving light was also damaged. He had purchased 2 so they would be the same. I ended up installing them. His paint was blow what I what I what expect from a previous body shop owner. Tape lines were off, he over sprayed silver into the green then clear coated over it after he told me he was going to fix the over spray. He ran out paint several times. If you any experience in having auto paint color matched, you need to have enough to complete the job and have a little left over. He was always trying to stretch the paint by thinning it to much which causing not to cover well. When he painted the front of the bus, he was in a hurry to leave and asked me to un tape it if it started to rain. Whether it rained or not he should have stayed and un taped it when the paint was still pliable. Needless to say, any I wasn't happy about that. with him running out of paint left several light spots on the upper trim of the bus. he was aware and said he would fix it. The wind picked up and blew off some paper that fresh paint on it which smeared onto other portions of the bus, He did not bother to clean that when it was still wet. I'm not sure if Bryon and I got off on a wrong foot somewhere or this is how he works. He has some great reviews, and I had read them prior to hiring him. As an owner of an aircraft repair facility for 25 years, aircraft repair and paint were one of my specialties which leaves me a little anal. I also offered Brian the use of my air compressor or any tool he might need. I sent a text to Brian on January 1, stating was getting a little concerned about what was going on and if didn't want to complete the job I would hire someone to finish it which included all his mess up. I have never heard back from Brian. Brian was very personable, but I would not hire him for any more work.
