They replaced them, and at first, it seemed like everything was fixed. Unfortunately, the fix only lasted one use before the system went right back to not working. After waiting three weeks just to get into the shop, it's really frustrating to be back at square one so quickly. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, straightforward, and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. Once our RV was in the shop, the turnaround was quick. But at the end of the day, what matters most is whether the repair holds, and in our case, it didn't. Bottom line: nice people, but our repair failed immediately, and that's not what you hope for when you trust a shop with your RV.

The other businesses responded right away. I called 10 & Two RV Repair on July 5, 2022 during business hours and got their voice mail. Left voice mail. Called again this morning (07-07-2022) before I went to work and left voice mail. Sent two messages on Yelp. I was officially ghosted. No response from 10 & Two RV Repair. Now, the business can come back after they see my 1-star review and reply right away... in which case, I'd say they're full of poop because how would they possibly have the time of day to respond to a 1-star review and not my repeated voicemails or messages sent via Yelp? So... You've got energy to try to make a feable attempt to defend a 1-star review, but not enough energy to actually help paying customers that legitimately want to give you their business? ...interesting. How many more chances did 10 & Two RV Repair want me to give them? Should I have made a third phone call? Did I need to send a third message on Yelp? Perhaps a smoke signal or a sky writer? Is 10 & Two RV Repair expecting new customers to take time out of their day or request a day of vacation from work to drive to their establishment in person to seek assistance? Lololololol. His quote was spot on, and he wanted to ensure I was satisfied with his work. He drove 90 minutes to come to my location and the communication was excellent.
