After spending 2 hours doing the exact same checks that I had already done, and obviously finding zero solutions since there was nothing new being done they charged my card $830, 300 more than the quoted price, and told me I need to tow it in to their shop because he can't find the problem. He also told me he was repairing wires underneath the motorhome, but I crawled under after he left and there were zero repairs that weren't done by myself before he got there. All he did was remove plastic conduit. I immediately called and was told they could refund the extra charged amount because it was intentionally not disclosed to me ahead of time, but since then in the last 3 weeks they have NOT done so and I've called multiple times a week about it. Each time I get told "I will work on that and call you back". I have not once received a call back. I could've burned the money and been in the same spot. Stay away from this company.

It was recommended that I go with 12v unit replacement. I gave them the required deposit and he said they would call me when it was in and schedule the installation. The unit they provided was faulty, after many attempts to get them to warranty their work and the faulty product, and no solution , I filed a civil complaint against them. The judgment handed down from the Maricopa County court was in my favor. It is now been 6 months that the judgment order has been ignored by HMR Services. Buyer beware.

They replaced them, and at first, it seemed like everything was fixed. Unfortunately, the fix only lasted one use before the system went right back to not working. After waiting three weeks just to get into the shop, it's really frustrating to be back at square one so quickly. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, straightforward, and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. Once our RV was in the shop, the turnaround was quick. But at the end of the day, what matters most is whether the repair holds, and in our case, it didn't. Bottom line: nice people, but our repair failed immediately, and that's not what you hope for when you trust a shop with your RV.

He said that he was waiting for the boss to give him an answer, then said that the boss was in meetings all day, then said that he (Kyle) was at a Renegade function and when I asked to talk with someone else, he said that the non-answer must have been an answer "no" to my question. Wow! That is pathetic customer service! If it took three days to not get an answer on four rear tires, how long would it take to write up and process the deal and get the coach serviced so I could pick it up? He admitted that they had the coach unsold for 6 months and had another buyer that had not been able to get it bought either . I certainly know why.

We had already figured out which camper we wanted and Tom's had one in stock here in Mesa and…read moreanother in their Prescott location so we stopped in to check it out. We worked with John R in sales and found him to be very good at communicating with us as well as negotiating a fair price to match the price of an out of state dealer. We knew we wanted to stay close to home because something is certain to go wrong and we know that you get priority service if you need repairs when you buy local. We scheduled a pick up date and they had the trailer ready, and even helped us choose and set up our new hitch and gave us some advice on towing. Gabe and his guys in service have also been great. We have had to take it in twice and they got us in and back out quickly. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that the floor was impossibly dirty when we picked it up. I have mopped it at least 20 times at the time of this writing and we may finally have it all clean. (The trailer was on the back lot and no doubt had a lot of dirty and greasy shoes walking in an out while it was out for sale).

We bought a 36' RV and i just happened to wreck it... who would've thought? I was devastated! We pulled in and went i to the office. I was just a mess! The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind. She just kept reassuring me that it happens, its nothing to worry about, and they would take care of us. Offered me water, asked if there was anything she could do for me. Super kind. Then Peter came out to look at the side of our RV and the nightmare i had just done to the side of it. It sounded like nothing id ever heard. Like i was ripping it right down the middle of it. I don't ever want to hear that sound again... ever. Peter was unbelievably kind. He knew exactly how I felt. He reassured me that he had seen much worse... not to worry, and that he would make sure it would be just like new when he was finished with it. He kept in touch and updated us along the way. He wasn't like any insurance company or estimator i have ever dealt with.. and i used to be a manager at a body shop! He was kind, personal, sincere and straight up honest with us.
