GetOutPass beware. False advertisement. On the GetOutPass app.. clearly laser maze is third on their list. The manager informed us that they were no longer part of the GetOutPass regardless of it being listed on the app. She mentioned we should have called to make sure they participated. It was on the app!! Had she have been pleasant and not had the attitude of not wanting to be there, we would have bought tickets for the four of us anyways. We go to laser tag several times a month because our boys love it so much. Bad customer service and apparently not worth the experience based off the reviews.

I took my daughter (13) here today. She and I did the Mirror Maze together and then she did the Lazer maze by herself. We stood in line at the ticket booth only to be told that since we are just buying maze tickets and not Butterfly tickets we have to get those at the entrance down the way. It would be nice if they put a sign up. They have you put on plastic gloves before going in and tell you to keep your hands up in front of you. This is to keep finger prints off the mirrors and to keep you from smacking your face in the mirrors. We both thought it was cool. It only took us 5 minutes to find the exit of the mirror maze so we went back in to do it again. It really is hard to see what is a mirror and what is a clear path. I'd see my daughter in a mirror straight ahead and walk towards her only to find that she was actually to my right. We'd get a kick out of that. The Lazer maze is small and take less than two minutes to complete. It's an empty room with four walls and lasers criss crossing through the room. The attendee will tell you your score at the end and how many lasers you broke. We both had fun but was it worth the money? $28 for two ppl in 15 minutes...... No it's not really worth the money. Though you have an all day pass for the mirror maze, your not really going to spend all day. It's too short so going through twice was enough. I think a fair price would be $5 mirror maze and $3 Lazer maze.

This place is fantastic! We did a birthday party for my daughter whos turning 10 and it was everything I could of asked for! First the room for the party was so amazing and decorated beautifully. The cupcakes were fantastic that come with the package and the kids had so much fun in fact my daughters friends talked about it for days afterwards. If I had one critique it would be that the parents who are waiting there with the kids should be able to go through the maze with the children. Other than that the experience was flawless! Roxie did a great job!

I do recommend not wearing any thick or heavy clothes and bringing as little items as possible, because you will be moving A LOT and sweating will be your enemy. They have a bar and restaurant as well, but we didn't get a chance to go. Definitely will be back, and next time need to go for 4 hours! I think we did 2 hours and it didn't feel like enough time.

The premise is similar to an escape room, but there are several themed, interactive rooms that you try to progress through. Each room has a 3 minute time limit and if you pass the first challenge, a door opens to another room. Each themed room has 3 challenges total. We all had a lot of fun working together as a team. The rooms are hard to complete (at least for us lol) and some of the rooms required more physical ability. There are employees there to help you as requested, which helps if you get stuck on what you're supposed to do. The rooms are well put together, theme-wise, which adds to the experience of the challenges. There were a lot of people there, which meant a long waiting time. I feel as though we did more waiting than we did inside the rooms. Although, it didn't help that several rooms broke or weren't functioning correctly throughout the night. There's also a bar in the back where you can grab drinks and food, if you so choose. I would recommend waiting until after the experience since you have a 2 hour time limit. Overall, Bam Kazam is a unique activity to get a group of friends or family together for a night of fun and challenges! I would definitely go back again, but perhaps on a weekday or a time that would be less busy.

If I could give this 1000000 stars I would!…read more I come here every week..sometimes twice a week! Haha. It's such a calming place, and I always end up learning something new. The animals are clearly well cared for, and there's so much to do for kids and adults alike. You never get bored because they're always changing things up, adding new experiences, and giving you a reason to come back. They have some really unique fish, including piranhas, which I believe are only legally displayed in a few places like Arizona and Florida. You can even swim with some of the fish if you're looking for a memorable experience! And don't skip the shark tank bathrooms--they're absolutely fintastic! They also have a Starbucks, and for the adults, they even serve alcohol. Whether you're visiting with family, on a date, or just exploring on your own, there's so much to see, learn, and enjoy. My husband and I went last week for a fun date. It was the very first time we were able to pet the Sturgeon fish! You definitely have to really reach all the way to the bottom, my entire arm was in the tank. I like that they gave all the touch exhibits a "touch break" so the animals did not have to always be stimulated via human touch. The touch breaks are quick and as soon as it is over, they let you go right on in after washing your hands of course. I was most excited for the jellyfish exhibit. This has always been my favorite part of aquariums and the new exhibit did not disappoint. I haven't been back since all the jellies were in one single tube. They have gorgeous new jellyfish and I loved all of the exhibits for these creatures. The rotating exhibit has changed and there are not as many fish nor sea turtles anymore but I am glad we were still able to see the ones that were in the exhibit. The octopus also has a new bigger tank that I was happy to see, even if the octopus was hiding. I truly recommend coming here, especially for a family day with little ones!

And informative signs are posted throughout, educating visitors about the conservatory and butterfly care. Visitors are given a butterfly guide in the beginning, but some of the butterflies fluttered their wings so quickly nonstop, it was sometimes hard to identify. The big blue one (blue morpho, I believe) looked like a bird as it soared in and out of the plants and overhead. There were so many butterflies in the air, on the leaves and flowers, they even had signs noting how you could get them to land on you as well. The random music in the background wasn't too loud. At some point, the Harry Potter theme song came on, and what an enchanting vibe in the conservatory! They had bees in there too (behind glass). Once you exit the butterfly conservatory, there was much more to see. The Rainforest reptile gallery included awesome turtles (like the mata mata turtle camouflaged with the rocks), snakes, and even amazing axolotls on display. And the Tropical Waters room was delightful to view, with fish, stingrays, and more. There was also a gift shop, cafe, and vending machine selling edible bugs. Butterfly Wonderland is great for all ages, and I had such a memorable time here this past weekend.
