Came here to celebrate a 4-year old's birthday and had a total blast! $23.99 gets you a 90-minute pass, which was the perfect amount of time for us. You do have to buy socks if you don't have any, which brought the total to $30. We came with a large crowd right at 10am when they opened on a Thursday. We basically had the place to ourselves. The whole space is really well maintained and kept the kids in our crowd entertained for hours! Super fun! read more

I would never trust this place with my child's safety again. Your employees very obviously don't care in the least about your patrons. I spent over $80 on 2 all day passes yesterday (Saturday, January 18, 2025). I was hesitant as this Sky Zone looks small and like it had less to offer than Uptown Jungle (where we usually go and will be continue to go to again). Even though my child and her friend were a bit bored, I decided we were going to stay at least 2 hours to give it a chance. Just after the 2 hour mark, we decided to head out and I lost sight of my child and her friend. Like most parents, I started to panic. I went to the front desk and asked a young man if he could call my child and her friend over their loud speaker because I couldn't find them. I had my hand to my chest and was clearly panicking as this boy strolled without a care in the world over to let someone else know. The next person also walked over, ever so calmly. I'm losing my patience at this point and getting louder, talking faster. He goes to call the girls and is taking his sweet time. At this point, I'm on the verge of tears asking another employee to get yall to hurry and asking what is taking so long. At least 2 more employees witnessed this mom panicking and not a single employee exercised their common sense at seeing a parent panic over their missing child. I did let your employee know on my way out that I did not appreciate their lack of urgency while I thought my child was missing. HORRIBLE experience!!!! I will NEVER return to any sky zone. You need to train your employees on how to react when a child is missing. Time is everything!!!!!! Even Target has a protocol in place for when they can't find a child and it isn't a designation for children. Please do better!! read more

This place is shockingly not patrolled. Kids on the basketball area with drinks acting like they owned the place. Really bratty kids treating one kid so bad he broke down and started crying, after one mean kid grabbed his hat and wouldn't give it back. This is the same kid that was so rude to everyone. The patrolling employee just watched. I cried myself after seeing this kid bullying everyone. Fun place I'm pretty sure my kids didn't get enough of this park my issue was with the staff at the front desk and the staff patrolling around the park. Not very friendly they make paid for new sucks and a neon T-shirts when they all my kids were very visible with their own T-shirts and after 20 minutes one of the staff try to intimidate and kick them out of the basketball court alleging that their time was up when we paid for two hours and politely I requested my money back and we gladly leave... We hosted my son's birthday party here (for the second year in a row) and had a wonderful time! The manager greeted us with enthusiasm and was present throughout the time to ensure the kids were having fun. She had a great demeanor for working with children and it made the experience much better than average! Our party host was very kind and helpful, and also helped facilitate dodgeball. We've been to this location quite a few times for birthdays and just to jump and I would say this time I noticed the place was extremely clean, organized, everything was open/available and the staff were attentive. It may be new management or new staff, but I definitely felt the experience was even better than past ones. read more

Took my kids there for the first time last week and my daughter got on the zip line and ended up with a broken arm. She said she tried holding on but her hands were slippery/sweaty and she fell right away and really high. They need to have a much softer landing if it's going to be that high or have a harness. They called me the next day and even when I asked to at least refund our visit (we were there for about 15 minutes) which by the way was about $100 and they said they'd see what they could do but couldn't make any promises even though my daughter and I had just spent the night at the hospital because she needed surgery for her broken arm DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE. read more

This place is very underwhelming. Not only is there only a few areas to jump they had 3 places roped off. Also, they make you pay for socks even if you have grip socks. Every other jump place I have been to they dont have an ego and allow any grip socks. Plus other olaces parents don't have to pay to go interact with there kids! I spend 30 dollars and couldn't go be with my kid on the trampoline. They wanted to charge me 30 (that's including there socks) for me to go up there so my child wouldn't be alone. I do not want to Jump this isn't for me, its to entertain my child but I would like to be able to be with them if they ask for me. Super disappointing and it shows, the place was practically empty. Trust me you would get more business if you dropped the ego and didn't try and charge parents. Good luck. I'm sure you will be closed down in no time! read more

Curious if anyone at corporate would like to speak with me about the (literal) fire I put out at Skyzone on Camelback today, close to 6:00 PM, July 19th. I smelled electrical smoke as I passed the counter and made mental note of it. Moments later, back at the counter (I was trying to ask if there was an available USB spot) as I waited (a while) for anyone to show, I noticed smoke coming from behind a silver (pizza) stove behind the counter, then saw flames, I saw a manager (didn't get his name, black shirt, black pants, gave him my card later) running around trying to figure something out...finally he ran past me toward the back door (to try to turn off the breakers apparently) I yelled, "Do you know where there's a fire extinguisher?" "No!" I found one on the wall, and as the kids who work there were getting people out, I went behind the counter and put it out. The flames were about 18 inches, the extinguisher put it out but it was still sparking. Fire fighters arrived about 10 minutes later. If someone from corporate cares to contact me, I'll tell the story in full detail. For the most part, the employees did a solid job, but they certainly would have had a full blown fire on their hands. Training might be a good thing. Let me know. read more

So god help you if you bring in leftovers and don't order from their crappy snack stand. Oh. Also, have you been to other trampoline parks? Oh and you have socks from there? This is a really clean and great Trampoline park to take your kiddos to. We didn't purchase any of the food, but the prices were very reasonable. I do wish the place was bigger, as my son got bored after about an hour, but. I didnt dock a star because I brought my son w/no friends so that was likely the reason. So much fun. Where were these places when we were growing up? ? Perfect place to bring the kids to burn energy, jump around, and crush pizza. We had a blast at this new Sky Zone location - it is brand new and well laid out. By far the best trampoline park in the area that I've been to. Even I had a great time playing dodgeball and shooting hoops on the 2 courts. The hit with the kids was the big zip line and steep slide. Definitely worth checking out! read more

Definitely would not recommend for toddlers or families with toddlers and bigger kiddos. They will not be able to play together and parents cannot join/ assist the little ones. There are so many other jump park options that allow you to spend quality time, having fun together. Don't waste your money or time on this one. read more

Sky Zone Central Phoenix is a very clean and fun location. We bring our 4 year old here for the Little Leapers program and he has a blast running around and playing on the different attractions. Highly recommend coming in if you are looking to burn off the endless energy that a little one has. read more

This place forces you to but their socks to jump. Altitudes and Elevate do not. We will not be coming back. Asked for extra time for fleecing us for $5 and she said no. I know it's not a lot, it's just the principle. We didn't need socks. Have many pairs already. Stay away!!! read more

Sky Zone is a great neighborhood place. I met the owner when Sky Zone first moved in the area and I met the manager at community events as he was building up partnerships with the community. Sky Zone works with schools, neighborhoods, and families to provide super fun recreation. Who doesn't like to defy gravity...safely?! Please take you kiddos of all ages there. They are good neighbors and they'd like to see you there. read more

We had the best time celebrating our 6 year old's Birthday party here! All the kids had so much fun, from basketball, to zipline, to running around with friends, this place has it all! The location is super clean and organized in so many fun areas to play, way more to do than your normal jump place. There is no structure here. had to keep calling numerous times. Was told someone would call a week before the party- no one did. Tried calling, left voicemails. 12 hours before the party- still nothing. That's bad business. Has potential for the kids but pay $300 elsewhere. They had no idea what they were doing. I do not recommend doing birthday parties here. We had a birthday party for our 3 year old during toddler time, and it was a total waste of money. It would have been better and cheaper to just get a bunch of tickets for toddler time and call it a morning. The party person really didn't know what was going on the whole time, wasn't prepared, and seemed to have trouble answering questions. They do not provide high chairs at this location so trying to get the kids to sit and eat was a poop show and we were told they did have high chairs before we booked. For a $150 deposit and a remaining total of $315 after 3 pizzas and 2 pink Lemonades and being in the party room for 15 minutes it was not worth the money and felt like a waste. So I recommend to just get tickets to jump and either do food elsewhere or just have the jumping be the party because the whole Shabang is unfortunately a waste of almost $500. read more

Sky Zone is the place to be this summer! The 90 days for $90 pass is a great value, we have come nearly 20 times so far. There were a few kinks to work out when it first opened- mostly just inconsistencies with the rules depending who was working, but they've fixed that. Went in with some friends to the Greenway location, nicest staff, fun environment, and a very friendly vibe. This one on the other hand... Rude and incredibly weird staff, wouldnt even just give us a cup of ice for their warm ass water fountains, and not to mention they yelled at my friend for having too small of a shirt when it was barely above her mid drift AND when she was in the process of putting their required t shirts on over it. We were also yelled at for every little thing we did, you like breathe wrong and they yell at you. It would be different if all the locations were like this but no there were huge differences between the two weve gone to. Trampoline parks are supposed to be fun but this was quite the opposite. read more

We go to Altitude (another trampoline park) on a weekly basis, but we decided to try this trampoline park because it's a little closer to our house. Not only is it more expensive, they make you buy their socks, even though we had socks from two other trampoline parks with us that work the same way. There are about 25 rules that blink on the screens and the kids who work there (and there are more kids patrolling than there are kids jumping) blow their whistles at kids about EVERYTHING. If a kid exits a trampoline on the side instead of at the end, they get whistled at. They are whistled at if they try to jump near their little sister. If they try and play basketball on one of the courts too close to another kid playing basketball, they get whistled at. They get whistled at if they lean on a net to get their mom's attention. My kids are 3&6 and rule followers and they both felt like they just got yelled at (whistled at) the whole time, and I couldn't really blame them. We were there with a few friends and drank all of our water, so we went to the snack bar and asked for a pitcher of water like we saw at a few of the other tables had and they tried to charge us $8. $8 for TAP WATER! Needless to say, we won't be going back. It put a real damper on all of our fun and cost more than it needed to. Now I have two new pairs of socks that luckily, I can use at the other parks we frequent because they are concerned about safety and not squeezing their customers for every penny they can. read more

I was so excited for a trampoline park to come to central Phoenix but was thoroughly disappointed with my first experience here. They were completely disorganized and the manager was no my available for quite some time. They ran a promo I saw the day before that was suddenly removed and unavailable. The toddler space is small. And the younger kids are not allowed to be in the rest of the space for older kids, even if an adult is accompanying them to make sure they're safe in the other space. Also, parents are not allowed in to assist in the toddler zone without paying for their own admission. Oh and you have to buy their brand of jump socks for $5 a pair, even if you have comparable grip socks from another trampoline parks... Positives - the space looks cool for bigger kids. It's new and clean. The staff on the floor is attentive. Suggestion: have a toddler time on some of the mornings during the week while most bigger kids are in school and allow the littles to have access to the whole place (besides the huge slide or zip line that they're too small for). A lot of your competitors do that... read more
