We spent two days this weekend at The Pickleball Space, which happens to be the neighbor (and has the same owner) to Stratosphere Adventure Park... We were there for a pickleball tournament my son was playing in, but my 11 year old daughter wanted to check out Stratosphere, so I joined her! We opted for the 90 minute open jump, which is $20.99 per person, but they also get you with the required Stratosphere Grip Socks which adds another $3.50, so essentially it was $50 for our visit not including snacks. We made our way around the trampoline park including some basketball, general jumping, running, parkour / obstacle course, climbing wall, and my daughter did the slide. 90 minutes was more than enough, although I can see why younger kids may want to stay longer for parties and such. Employees are nice enough although when we wanted a snack from the cafe, we had to wait a bit for someone to help us... All things considered, this place is spacious, clean, and a great way for kids and adults to get some energy out, but it comes with a cost! read more

First time here for a little ones birthday party. Great customer service, everyone was extra friendly and intelligent which I appreciate so much! They had a bunch of trampolines, some obstacle courses, two basketball bounce courts, a slide with rugs (age 5 years and up only) and like 2 blow up bounce houses. For my 3 year old this was plenty of running around, but she pretty much only liked the trampolines, some of the other things were too old for her. They make you wear special non-slip socks for the blow up house slides, but the tread was so strong that it made my daughter stop and flip over down the slide ::insert OMG Hand over face Emoji here::. I would definitely say something needs to be resolved for that one, because it almost made the blow up slide not usable correctly at all. I tried it for myself and same thing happened (the socks stopped me half way down the slide). Anyways! They have party rooms for party's you can reserve. Came in a group of 4 adults and 5 children. We signed our waivers before arriving. Carley greeted us. She was awesome. So sweet and professional. She answered all our questions. They only charge $3,50 for socks to jump where other establishments charge $5 or more. They let you trade in jump socks with grip bottoms from other places to get free socks! Rock on!!! The park was super clean. It isn't super huge, but it kept our girls entertained for 90 minutes. One of the trampolines and basketball courts were closed, but there was another court, and not being crowded made it irrelevant. The rock wall climbing is challenging to do it in socks as it hurts your feet. We asked why the super slides were closed. They mentioned that they had limited staff during slower hours and if we asked an employee on the floor they would open it up for us, and they did! It pays to communicate. They have cameras where you keep your personal belongings. There is even a pickleball court connected too. We didn't eat any food as we have limited diets. We came to play. Everyone had a blast. Unlike other places our girls actually would love to come back to this location. The entire staff was great. read more

I was seeing people getting yelled at for rock climbing on the rock climbing wall, I was seeing kids get yelled at for lightly swinging on a platform that is ment to swing. If these people are going to be so strict then why not put a sign up. I couldn't catch the girls name who was yelling at kids with her wannabe lifeguard whistle but for every little thing that somebody did wrong she would act like the world is ending. Came here this afternoon for the first time with my 4 year old daughter. It was very clean and all of the employees at the different sections were attentive and helpful. The price was very reasonable and we were able to do everything! You do have to buy their grip socks but you get a 5% discount the next time you come if you bring them! Coming here first thing was the best idea I could have had, it opens at 10 or 11 *don't quote me but we were first in line.. I recommend filling out the waiver online before you come.. the kids were so excited they rushed me the entire time. We bought 3 tixs for 90 min.. to test this place out but I'm definitely doing 120 min the next time. They have a bunch of cool obstacles, 2 kick a$$ slides and basketball hoops galore.. my favorite spot was the snack area!! And plenty of places to sit while my kiddos played. Now the last time we were there the slides were closed off and you need an employee to open it, but it was understaffed and no one ever came. I have had my son's birthday party here for two years in a row! The price for the party can't be beat and includes guests, playtime, drinks, and pizza. Each time, we had great employees helping us to make sure everything ran smoothly. They make everything so stress free which is AMAZING if you've ever hosted a child's birthday party. This place was wonderful! I was searching for a venue to host my daughter's 8th birthday and found this hidden gem. My daughter and all her cousins and friends loved the place. First, I liked how open and clean the place was. I felt comfortable allowing my kids to run around because the place has a layout where I can keep a watchful eye at all times. Second, there's a variety of areas for all age groups. Our party consisted of kids ages 3-12 yo and there were activities that met everyone's needs. Last, working with Kali made it so easy. I booked the date and ordered food and that was it! It was so simple! Everything was well taken care of. The only thing I wish they had (but was told by Kali that would be added in the near future), is more of a variety on food selection. We ordered the classic pepperoni pizzas and drinks for our party, but we would have ordered more foods had there been a better selection. read more

Monday the 18th my 17 year old daughter went here with a group of friends, she broke her leg thru no fault of anyone. The employees waited 15-20 minutes before calling 911. Nor did I receive a call from them themselves, her friend called from her cell. She filled out the waiver unbeknownst to me and no adults were with them and no id was checked. Supposedly under the age of 25 ALL ids are checked, not the case. The incident wasn't handled correctly, policy and procedures weren't followed and she suffered for quite a while with a broken tibia in two spots. Oh and of course absolutely no follow up. read more

I took my 6 year old son here today for the first time. I have to start by saying we have visited a lot of these type of play places and enjoyed all we have visited. We got there at about 5:30 ish the place was a ghost town. The only other people in this place were two other girls that were sitting on the chairs where you put your socks on. As soon as my son got on one of those climbing area things that move, a girl that worked there came up to me and said he can't swing on on those! He was not swing on them, he just stepped on it and it moved. I told her that. Then later we were playing basketball and another girl came up to me and said I could not play if I was taller then the green tape. Ok, I understand there are rules for the safety of small children that are playing, but nobody was there!! I was a teacher for 15 years and I have a BA in education. Every place you go the kids that work there followed you around and watch you like your in a prison camp!!! Then the icing on the cake was about 20 minutes before we left these two adults and two big kids were jumping and playing in that same basketball court area they told me I could not play with my son in. Guess what that girl and the two guys that work there did not say a thing to them!! They were to busy flirting with each other! I guess rules only apply when your bored with nothing else better to do!! This place is HORRIBLE to say the least don't wate your money!! Go elsewhere with your children!! If your the owner reading this you better change your policies there is a lot of competition out there. Good luck staying in business. read more
