I've been here on multiple occasions, my toddler loved it. They have play areas for babies who are still crawling, and for toddlers. The place is pretty clean including bathrooms and the employees are always walking around often picking up toys and sanitizing or vacuuming. There's also a separate area with tables and chairs for snacking or for parents to work. I had my son's birthday here and I chose the private party package after business hours so I didn't have to worry about it being packed with other people we don't know. The employees were communicative when I had questions regarding my party prior to his bday. I provided everything including decor, goodies, food, and they provided tables and chairs. However, we did come again to play on a separate occasion on a weekday and it was very very busy. I rated a 4 because I wished they capped at a certain capacity since Playzona isn't as large as others play places. read more

Playzona is truly one of the best play facilities we've ever been to, and that's because of the incredible team especially Debbie, Kacey, and Landon. Every time we visit, the space is spotless. No matter how many kids are running around, you never see a mess. It's clear how much pride they take in keeping everything clean, safe, and welcoming. I have to give a special shoutout to Kacey. she is genuinely one of the hardest-working individuals I've ever seen. I've never once seen her standing around or taking a moment to slow down. She's constantly moving, cleaning, restocking, resetting play areas, interacting with kids, helping parents, and somehow doing it all with a smile. Seems clean, judging by the smell of cleaning chemicals. Maybe it's because we're so used to the larger spaces like Giggles and Luv2Play, or even smaller ones like Cloud on Tatum, but this place gets way too crowded for the kids to feel safe and happy playing. We got there right at opening and, within 20 minutes, it was packed more than the State Fair. I asked the manager what the cap was and she said the fire marshall advised a staggering number like 200. I want to add that the owner, Elizabeth, is amazing. I took my baby over there to play, and one of the employees was nasty and made our experience uncomfortable. I immediately sent an email to the email address on their website, and asked for a call back. She called me back less than 2 hours later. She took my concerns and apologized for the employees behavior and inappropriate actions of the employee. A couple things are accusing us of coming in without checking in and putting chairs up on the tables in the snack area before 2pm/moving my stuff off the table. She reiterated that the tables are available until 3 and took my concerns kindly and respectfully. Perfect example of how a business owner should act. We love Playzona and will definitely continue to come in at least 2x per week! read more

We absolutely love this place!!! I'm so glad a friend let me know about this place. My son loves it here and he can run around and play. There's even a snack and sensory area. They have dirty baskets around the play area in case your little one sticks something in their mouths, there's a lot of vehicles to choose from, there's a store, and a vet clinic. This place is very clean and very well maintained. The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable. The only thing I have to say bad though is that the kids are supposed to be supervised at all times. We recently went there during a birthday party and these kids were not supervised, they were very rowdy, would climb over walls instead of an adult helping them with opening the gate, and they almost knocked over my son a few times. Since they were unsupervised and workers were not saying anything to them or the parents the party kids cleared out the place. It's a good thing we were there an hour and half before they showed up but it just became way too much for me, my son, and other kids and their parents. This place is outstanding for 14M-4 years old. The operating hours are 9-3 PM. I would have bought the membership if they were open past 3 pm. They had the building set at 73* on a Sunday (112* outside) it was comfortable and cool! It's brand new and pristine and clean. I've never seen such attentive staff, walking around and organizing all the toys and cleaning the entire time I was there. Really above and beyond. The birthday party room was taken and it was a little awkward with a 12 month old birthday party all the parents sat in a circle in the middle of the play area and made the place feel full. With 20 kiddos there were 30 parents- it did feel full, the children don't seem to mind. For a visit price of $17, I do feel it was fun for a special treat but really this is a place you'd want to do $48 a month membership. Given they close at 3 PM, it allows little flexibility for afternoon visits. I'd give it a 11/10, and wish operating hours were extended to accommodate afternoon visits after nap time. *play kitchen the best in town! *play doctor area- so much fun! *play firefighter area- my son loved it! thank you for creating a safe space for littles to play in! Found this spot online- and looked Pretty cool. So I Took my 3yo niece here for a couple hrs. It was a week day, around noon. It was a little busy, but not too crowded. They have a lot of different rooms to play in and I loved all the foods in the market- it made me wonder why this type of stuff wasn't around when I was a kid ;) Cost was $15 per kid - but I do believe if you go online it is discounted for multiple children Adults are free! Lots of stools around the room and a small seating area great for a party. I spent about 90 mins here and def felt like we could have stayed longer had we had lunch before hand. Super awesome to have a place to let my kids come romp around in the air conditioning that is safe and clean. There is an area for eating/drinking, as well as crafts you can do and take home. (Some snacks are available for purchase) Everything looks and feels so fun and peaceful, the folks here and the environment make you feel at ease from the moment you walk inside. The space is also available for private rentals which is something I'm looking forward to doing for my daughter's upcoming birthday. We love this place especially on Thursday's and Saturdays when yvette works. yvette is an employee that works the front desk and she really makes coming here enjoyable for my family she took the time to introduce herself and even learned my name and my babies so when we come we always feel comfortable and welcomed. Playzona is always clean and organized and plenty of space for you babies to run and play however so did come on a tuesday morning and the staff working is very strict my son who has autism was playing in the sensory area and took a block out of the room and the older front desk woman asked him for it and said they couldn't leave that space i even offered to put it back once he was done and she said no they can't leave the sensory area i felt pretty uncomfortable this visit because she was watching my son play and putting every item he took out back in it's place it felt like we were unwanted guest in someone's house I would clean up after my son once he was done playing but i felt like we couldn't even play because they wanted everything put away it was pretty uncomfortable especially when she started rearranging my babies drinking bottle and bag that i had in the food area. Unfair, Unwelcoming and Dissapointing My family's experience at Playzona was nothing short of heartbreaking and infuriating, and I feel compelled to share our story to warn other parents and grandparents who value a safe, fair, and inclusive environment for their children. What should have been a joyful outing for my two-year-old granddaughter turned into a distressing ordeal due to negligent parenting, biased management, and an unjust outcome that has left us feeling betrayed. The rules at Playzona clearly state that parents must supervise their children, yet we witnessed multiple parents, including one particularly entitled mother, completely disregard this. This "Karen" sat glued to her chair, ignoring her child who was running wild and terrorizing others. Her daughter aggressively grabbed a toy stethoscope from around my granddaughter's neck, yanking so hard she nearly pulled my two-year-old to the ground. My wife, who was diligently supervising our granddaughter, gently intervened, saying "no" and protecting our child from further harm. When the girl tried again, even harder, my wife caught our granddaughter to prevent her from falling and calmly removed the girl's hand from the toy. Instead of addressing her child's behavior, this mother had the audacity to yell across the room, "Don't touch my daughter!" My wife explained that her daughter's actions were the issue, nearly injuring our granddaughter, but the mother dismissed it with a snide remark about "hovering too much." Her implication? That we should let our toddler be bullied rather than protect her. The real issue is clear: if this mother had followed Playzona's rules and supervised her child, none of this would have happened. What followed was even more outrageous. This mother, backed by her friend (who was also sitting idly and couldn't even see the incident), filed a complaint against my wife. Without any investigation or discussion with my wife, Playzona's management banned my wife from the premises. This means my granddaughter, who loves Playzona and is cared for by my wife four days a week while my daughter works, can no longer enjoy this space. My daughter pleaded with the owners, pointing out that the other parent was at fault for neglecting her supervisory duties, but Playzona doubled down on their decision after a supposed "review." This is not justice--it's cowardice and favoritism. What makes this even more troubling is the suspicion that bias played a role. My wife, a proud bilingual woman whose parents are from Spain, speaks to our granddaughter in Spanish to help her grow up fluent in both English and Spanish. Our family values this cultural heritage, and our granddaughter already understands both languages beautifully. Yet, I can't shake the feeling that Playzona's owners, and perhaps even the complaining mother, judged my wife unfairly because of her language or background. The mother's friend, who falsely claimed to witness the incident, was equally uninvolved, yet her word was taken over ours. This smells of prejudice, and it's a bitter pill to swallow in a place meant to be welcoming to all children. Playzona's failure to enforce their own rules, their refusal to fairly investigate, and their decision to punish a vigilant grandparent instead of addressing a negligent parent's bullying child is shameful. This business has shown it prioritizes appeasing entitled "Karens" over creating a safe, inclusive environment. We are devastated that our granddaughter is now deprived of a place she loved, all because Playzona's management lacked the courage to do what's right. I strongly urge other families to think twice before trusting Playzona with their children's safety and happiness. We certainly won't be back. read more

Such a cute concept. Checked out this place with my 1 year old daughter and she loved every minute of it. They have different themed rooms, our favorite was the hospital themed room, a grocery store, a camping ground, foam climbing blocks, etc. The entire floor throughout is padded. I appreciated as a nurse and first time germ conscious mom that they require socks for everyone and have bins they encourage you to put toys that your kids have put in their mouths so they can be properly cleaned afterwards. Their prices are more affordable than other indoor play areas in my neighborhood making it worth the further drive. They also have monthly memberships and punch cards to help save $$. I will definitely be back and try to take advantage of some of the music and/or art classes they are offering soon. read more

It is new, clean, spacious and safe place for kids. My 4 year daughter had to be persuaded to leave at their closing time. The place is relaxing and quiet for having as many kids there. The toys and equipments are clean, high quality and well secured. The flooring is clean and well padded for little kids to run/crawl.
