I had my son's birthday here and I chose the private party package after business hours so I didn't have to worry about it being packed with other people we don't know. The employees were communicative when I had questions regarding my party prior to his bday. I provided everything including decor, goodies, food, and they provided tables and chairs. However, we did come again to play on a separate occasion on a weekday and it was very very busy. I rated a 4 because I wished they capped at a certain capacity since Playzona isn't as large as others play places.

Information that was completely left out when we asked directly. This feels like a deliberate business practice of withholding key terms until after you've already paid. We're now stuck paying for months of a membership we decided against on day one. Do yourself a favor -- ask for the full cancellation policy in writing before you hand over any payment information.
