The employees were communicative when I had questions regarding my party prior to his bday. I provided everything including decor, goodies, food, and they provided tables and chairs. However, we did come again to play on a separate occasion on a weekday and it was very very busy. I rated a 4 because I wished they capped at a certain capacity since Playzona isn't as large as others play places.

The only thing I wish they offered was a choice between a glossy or matte glaze. I honestly think my piece looked so pretty before the shiny glaze was added.
