Between the fun atmosphere and Gloria, our master painter, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Being able to bring your own sips but also being able to purchase bites was such a nice addition. Gloria was a wonderful guide and really made us feel confident in the art we were creating. When she wasn't painting, she was a fun addition to the group, constantly chatting with us and volleying back and forth. You get to play your own music in the rage room. I didn't realize axe throwing would have games with scores. It was such an awesome surprise, as I'd never done axe throwing before. Highly recommend. The lady who set up our lane was sweet and gave us the basics. However, the gentleman working that day gave us a few tips that helped us get better results. There's different types of challenges for the axe throwing. We killed zombies, splattered paint, sunk battleships, and even played a word game. We ended up playing for a full hour. It was also fun to hear the people in the rage room having their fun. I like the facility and am even considering their membership. I saw that axe throwing was $75 for a year, which isn't bad considering it is less than our total spent in one session. I didn't read the fine print, though, so I'm not sure what that entails. It was starting to get busy as we were leaving, so we didn't stay to ask questions. All in all, a great experience and I would recommend. addendum: Hi Beth, Thanks for the reply. My question would have been if two people get a membership, do their 30-min sessions overlap or do they get to play for a full hour? Last Friday night, my daughter and I painted a desert scene and the teacher was great. The only thing I encourage them to do is provide the same canvas size to the audience as the original work was done on otherwise things need to be squeezed in or left off altogether. I received a minimum of fifteen emails and spent approximately fifteen minutes on the phone troubleshooting an issue, during which I was asked to participate in a second call. The difficulty in being added to the class was due to a technical problem on the instructional side, not my own. I requested tracking information for the course materials, which were not provided; moreover, the materials arrived after the start date. The workshop did not occur on the scheduled weekend despite my leaving work early to participate. Despite having paid for the course, I encountered these issues, and similar content is available free of charge on YouTube.
