I understand businesses have policies, but it was frustrating that being just three minutes past the cutoff meant I wasn't allowed to participate at all. It didn't feel like a reasonable difference between arriving at 7:00 and 7:03, especially since the studio wasn't about to close and hardly anyone was there. I was really looking forward to the experience, so it was disappointing to be turned away over such a small timing difference. A little flexibility or clearer communication about the cutoff time would make the experience much more customer-friendly. I will NOT be coming back
