She couldn't have been more kind, patient, and helpful, and she turned what felt like an overwhelming and stressful task into an easy and enjoyable experience. We didn't require any assistance, but it was clear that they would be happy to help. I also really liked the music they had playing. They also offer several other types of classes. I'm really looking forward to going back to brush up on my pottery throwing! So, this was a super fun activity for adults, but obviously it would also be an awesome place for a birthday party or just an activity to do with the kiddos.

Been here twice, drive about 40 mins to get there and the second time I had painted a gift for my…read moregrandpa and it came out with paint that faded in the kiln and shards of clay on my stuff as well. Spent about $80 for 2 small things to paint, then I called with pictures and they offered me a free studio fee which is only $12-$15 or whatever and that quote on quote "sometimes the kiln hates us". To me, thats not a guarantee and should be stated to the customers, why would I want to pay that much again for it to be ruined? It took the manager 3-5 business days to call back but I was busy at 1-2pm on a business day. I have to work so I can afford that negative $80, and cant even use my items because there's ruined with shards. Did not fix the customers satisfaction, and I have already been so negatively communicating about this place.

My mom and I assisted them with their pottery painting. The ice cream bowl and cone were $18 each plus $10 service fee per person (service fee includes supplies, paint, glazing and firing) Their pottery prices range from $5- $80. Free studio fee for children 2 and under. The staff was friendly, attentive and gave good directions on how the process works. They have a 3 day turn around for pottery pick up. They will not call you when it's ready.

I also loved all of the inspo pieces around the studio because if you're anything like me, painting freehand can feel a little intimidating. I decided to keep mine neutral and simple so it's something I can actually use in my home. I think it turned out cute, but we'll see after it's fired! My daughter is 4 and this felt like the perfect age for it because she could mostly do it herself, which made it genuinely enjoyable for both of us. The only thing I wish they offered was a choice between a glossy or matte glaze. I honestly think my piece looked so pretty before the shiny glaze was added. Overall though, such a sweet and fun little mom-and-daughter outing.
