I'm really looking forward to going back to brush up on my pottery throwing! I understand businesses have policies, but it was frustrating that being just three minutes past the cutoff meant I wasn't allowed to participate at all. It didn't feel like a reasonable difference between arriving at 7:00 and 7:03, especially since the studio wasn't about to close and hardly anyone was there. I was really looking forward to the experience, so it was disappointing to be turned away over such a small timing difference. A little flexibility or clearer communication about the cutoff time would make the experience much more customer-friendly. I will NOT be coming back

I decided to keep mine neutral and simple so it's something I can actually use in my home. I think it turned out cute, but we'll see after it's fired! My daughter is 4 and this felt like the perfect age for it because she could mostly do it herself, which made it genuinely enjoyable for both of us. The only thing I wish they offered was a choice between a glossy or matte glaze. I honestly think my piece looked so pretty before the shiny glaze was added. Service was wonderful and she explained everything to us very well on how things work. It is $10 per painter as well as the cost of the pottery. Prices range of course depending on the size and item. Acrylic painted items are able to go home same day, but glazed and doted takes three days before ready for pick up. My nieces had a great time painting some items they wanted to gift to others. Spent about $80 for 2 small things to paint, then I called with pictures and they offered me a free studio fee which is only $12-$15 or whatever and that quote on quote "sometimes the kiln hates us". To me, thats not a guarantee and should be stated to the customers, why would I want to pay that much again for it to be ruined? It took the manager 3-5 business days to call back but I was busy at 1-2pm on a business day. I have to work so I can afford that negative $80, and cant even use my items because there's ruined with shards. Did not fix the customers satisfaction, and I have already been so negatively communicating about this place.

As a complete novice, I was totally lost. I tried multiple times on my own but no luck. I asked for help multiple times and got general advice. I was the ONLY one that couldn't make anything, yet the instructor didn't seem to either notice or to care. I eventually looked up my own video on how to do this and still wasn't able to. The instructor said she would be happy to help one on one, yet I was the was one who clearly needed help, she was and just made her own pottery. I feel demoralized and humiliated. I left this experience in tears.
