Great selection in stock. Staff were kind. It was definitely a splurge but I think my kids will remember the experience of making their bears.

    Lots of clothing accessories

These stuffed toys offer a lot more than fun they also soothe the soul. I would almost say this experience is therapeutic to those in need; of all ages. The staff can enhance this experience by putting their "magic" touch, especially in the stuffing portion. This was certainly our experience with GIGI, the best heartfelt staff we've ever encountered at any build a bear. She was amazing with her interaction with our child. So much so I have to let the world know. Also let the manager Bree know. Gigi makes the magic of bringing any stuffed animal to life. We upgraded our little rabbit with everything gadget/accessories she offered to us. Thank you for making my kid's day GIGi. In case you're not aware what build a bear is; You get to build a stuffed animal from start to finish. You even name it and receive a birth certificate. They come with a warranty and they will re-fill it if necessary. They always have different options and collaborations with different characters so the options always change; as does the clothes and accessories like scents, sounds, even heartbeat effects. It's worth the $50-$80 price range depending on the accessories you add. Hope this helps and please take care of the best employee GiGi is.

    Our bears Candi and Shnookems.

So much fun. My boyfriend and I went here to get bears together for our anniversary. So much fun and everything was so darn cute. Expensive but fun.

This place has very fun but very crowded yesterday we went, everyone had a blast making a bear or a dino. I even got a $10 gift card to use later. It was fun making memories is my kids and my family will definitely go again to get more clothes for our animals. Now there are so many choices on bears and animals to make into a build a bear.

Only complainant is it's too small, but aside from that it's always a fun time for my babies! Have been and will be back.

I had my older child with me on this visit and we stopped at the play area for him and the train station was right next to it. While he played, I decided to really observe the train ride from sitting at the play area. The train has a set path and made several rounds between the play area and Dick's Sporting Goods. The ride from my observation took about 10 minutes, which I felt was pretty long for an amusement ride but really loved during it. When my child came to me to say he was done playing after awhile, I asked him if he wanted to go on the train and he got all excited and said yes. We got in line for the train and paid the $5.50 for the ride. I believe if you pay with cash, the price will be an even $5. The price is for each passenger. The cashier stand also has knick-knacks for sale if you want a souvenir. Our ride was also about 10 minutes long. I didn't expect it to enjoy it as much as I did. The carts are small as expected since it's made for children but an average sized adult can also fit. I can't imagine more than 2 adults being able to fit inside a single cart. I think this little ride is well worth the price, seeing how happy it made my child. The cashier/conductor we had was so nice and sociable. She seemed to really enjoy her job and made sure we all had a good time. I would definitely do this again.

My son was second in line driving up the ramp when a ride operator shut off power mid-ramp for no legitimate reason. When power was cut, the kart lost braking capability -- the brakes are electrically operated -- and rolled backward down the ramp into a wall. This entire incident is on video. When confronted, the operator admitted he shut the power off because he "thought the kart was already at the top." It wasn't. This was not equipment failure. It was operator negligence. Yes, we signed the waiver -- because parents are required to. A waiver does not excuse cutting power to moving vehicles or operating an attraction where a child instantly loses the ability to stop if an employee makes a mistake. That's not assumed risk. That's reckless operation and a fundamentally unsafe setup. My son followed instructions and attempted to brake. The brakes did nothing once power was cut. Staff response afterward was unacceptable: an ice pack, paperwork, and managers who didn't witness the incident and couldn't explain what happened. No urgency. No accountability. Urban Air markets itself as family-friendly. There is nothing family-friendly about employees guessing with controls while children are on a ramp in go-karts. This was entirely preventable. Parents: do not assume this place is safe. Especially the go-karts.
