Once I went to check out I went back to the uninterested employee, who had been behind the register. He rung me up then unceremoniously stepped back from the counter and went, "Okay, there you go.", leaving me to awkwardly reach forward and grab my jumble of items I'd just paid for. The prices were fairly high, and given the fact that I felt uncomfortable asking a simple question and then made to feel even more awkward actually purchasing something...yeah, I just don't think I'll be back.

I guess he's the manager. He doesn't know anything about customer service. So at the end, when you really need a solution, they don't give you none of any nice solution because instead of a trying to find a solution too exchange, the part that it's not cheap He just told me all negative solution that it was my fault. That is not refundable. I don't want my money back. I just want the right part for my car. So he told me no. Basically sorry it's not about money. It's about customer service.
