So glad we found Wildlings Toy Boutique! We discovered the cutest, most thoughtfully curated toys -- all creative and truly educational. As a K-12 teacher, I know what to look for, and this shop has so many great options that foster growth, meaningful play, and academics in a fun way. The owner and staff are amazing -- so kind and welcoming. I will definitely be telling our neighbors, family (in and out of state), and other business friends. We'll absolutely be back! read more

wildlingstoys is a boutique toy store that sells educational and developmentally centered toys. It's a small shop but it's packed full of goodies. Shelves are arranged by suggested age to make shopping easier. We went in for three gifts for varying ages and found some unique items, which is why we were avoiding big box stores and online shopping. My favorites were found actually by my 7 year old for a 1 year old friend and a 2 year old friend. @slumberkins has a line of stuffies, with matching books, that guides through emotional intelligence. Although we picked them by which stuffies were our favorites, they each had a great lesson: building connections and a growth mindset. I also grabbed a matching set of positive affirmation cards for kids. Great find! To top it off, the team member asked if these were each gifts and then put them each in a nice gift bag with matching tissue paper. What a wonderful and unexpected surprise! Wildlings Toy Boutique is located near Bethany Home and 16th st and is right next to Cafe Mollie, and across the street from Luci's Market (so stop by for some caffeine and a treat). read more

I've been shopping at Wildlings Toy Boutique since my son was a newborn--over three years now--and it's truly one of my favorite spots in Phoenix. The owner, Jenn, is amazing and kind, and she hand-selects every item to ensure it has real developmental value. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and know the store inside and out. They carry an incredible selection of high-quality toys--Hape and Djeco are personal favorites--and are constantly getting in new, exciting products. The book section is also fantastic, with great options for all ages. They offer the cutest free gift wrapping and even sell birthday cards, making it a perfect one-stop shop before any party. You can really feel the care that goes into everything here. Highly recommend! read more

I love this little shop! It has so many great items for gifts. The aisles are a little narrow for strollers but I definitely managed to get around. I've been here several times. Once to let my little granddaughter pick out her own stuffed dog since she loves dogs, and here she had an assortment to look at before picking hers. Then we (again bringing the granddaughter) came another time to pick out an unusual stuffed animal for a baby shower. Next we visited to pick out a travel stuffed puppy for an upcoming trip to Copenhagen. Selection is great and prices are similar to online prices, but here you get to feel the merchandise! I am so looking forward to my next trip here with my granddaughter who is now a one year old!! read more

This is such an adorable neighborhood store! There are very few small local toy shops, and it's fun to wander into a store like this needing to buy a gift for a child but without a set idea. I ended up walking out with a cute set of magnetic animal pictures and an 18 month old drawing kit to make a small travel fun pack for a 2 year old. The shopkeeper was helpful in directing me to the right area for the child's age range and then I searched from there! As a plus, my 10 month old was fascinated by the stuffed animals and wooden cars that were at perfect eye range for a stroller. I'll be coming back here to find a fun gift for another birthday party next month! Don't forget to stop by Cafe Mollie next door to get some delicious coconut coffee to drink while you browse. :) read more

I noticed this little shop while sipping my coffee outside of Cafe Mollie. It is tucked in the corner next door and I probably would not have noticed it otherwise! My curiosity led me inside. It is a small shop but is packed full of developmentally appropriate toys, arranged by age group. I am always on the lookout for new toys for my little one and I ended up picking up a couple bath toys. This is a great little boutique to go to if you need to buy a gift for a friend's baby or little kid but don't know what exactly to get them. There is a lot to choose from that someone might not already have. read more

Horrible customer service. My parents went in to buy two prismatic Pokemon packs having a limit of two per person. They almost wouldn't sell two per person to two people. Then I ordered online 2 so I can go pick them up and they actually called me and say they did a background check and found I'm reselling cards. So they wouldn't sell to me. I have four children who wanted these Pokemon and I can't find it in stores. What kind of business does a background check on its customers for Pokemon cards? Really?? I wouldn't set foot in this store ever! read more

I LOVE this toy store! I found the most thoughtful gift for my pre-teen niece and my 6 year old son. The selection is amazing- you can tell that so much thought went into each item that they carry. The staff was so kind and helpful. We will definitely be back! read more

I love this locally owned toy store. It's sort of tucked back from the road so you have to know it is there but if you are looking for toys for the holidays or any other occasion for kids this is the place to go. I love coming here as opposed to buying things online as you get to see them in person and they have a really great selection of toys. They have toys for kids of all ages and everyone that works. There is always very helpful and knowledgeable about what toys would be good for what age you were looking for read more

Love this toy store and the owner! She carries the best toys and has built such a wonderful community in Phoenix. So grateful

Cute and different options here, especially if you need a gift. I found a darling music box with dancing animals on top. Play items there for cildren of varied ages. Could use expansion of the book options for toddlers. I'd go back, and the items were quality not usual imported things you see in box stores. read more

What a rare little toy boutique! Loved the vibe here - staff wasn't pushy, very helpful and the store was divided by age group and activity type. Prices are reasonable, and they have small items which can be loved by all kids. I was able to find some cute books (same price as Amazon!) and some fun bath toys that I gave never seen before at any other store. So easy to pick out stuff ! They even have a sale bin and toys/activities and arts and craft items for older kids. Small space, but parking is easy, and it's in a plaza with other stores. Will be back due more! The lady at the store was so kind, gave great recommendations, and I appreciated that she didn't try to sell me on stuff and just let me get what I came for. Very unique store! read more

Visited this cute toy boutique while I was away for a conference. Bought some toys for the kids but, unfortunately, I left them at the airport. Called Wildlings up to re-purchased the items and they shipped it over as soon as they could! Too bad I lost the first toys but hope some other kid is enjoying them. Happy we got our order quickly! Thank you, Wildlings! Really appreciate the lovely customer service! read more

I've been here several times and am always impressed. They have the most unique toys and the store is well thought out. I love that they have such a wide variety of board books for my toddler, including bilingual ones! Although many of the toys are for younger kids, you can definitely find something for the older kiddos in your life too. Best of all, you can always expect someone to welcome you and help pick out the perfect gift. read more

After reading the review in the Republic, I was excited to shop here. I like to support small businesses and always looking for innovative thoughts in shopping for my granddaughters. I was very disappointed in the customer service and being ignored in such a small shop with no other customers. I walked in to a "hello" and ignored for 20 minutes until I came to counter for purchase. Never asked if I needed help or guidance in purchases or inventory. So sad...think owner needs to know employee never raised her eyes from her phone for twenty minutes. read more

I needed some extra gifts for my kids for Christmas and I was tired of the usual electronic options at other stores. I wish I had come here to start my Christmas shopping. They have lots of unique and imaginative toys for ages infant to preteen. I picked a few items, one of which was a matching game for 18 months old and above. I decided to break it out tonight and my 2 year old and 3 year old played it several times. They loved it. I will definitely be back, especially for fun gifts. read more
