When my grandson liked WW2 planes the person (I don't want to say salesman since there was absolutely no pressure or upselling) explained the different types of planes. Also he recommended which ones for a beginner modeler based on size and number of parts. Very helpful. Plus I called for a question when he started painting. The question was answered right away without having to be transferred to another person. So very helpful in that store. I had interacted with him before and found his attitude unprofessional, and today's visit left me feeling the same way. Throughout my visit, I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience. When it came time to bag my purchases, Frank said that it wasn't his job. His tone and attitude made me feel unwelcome instead of appreciated as a paying customer. I expect basic courtesy and respectful service. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location while Frank continues to work there. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses how customers are treated.

I was trying to sell some old toys, and he was extremely rude and kept interrupting me instead of letting me finish my sentences. He said that they weren't vintage, which made no sense considering some of these toys are 30 years old. Regardless of whether he was interested in buying them or not, he could have communicated that respectfully. Instead, he was dismissive, interrupted me repeatedly, and did not conduct business in a professional manner. Very disappointing experience.

I recently purchased a 1/10 oz American Gold Eagle and a 1 oz American Silver Eagle here. I…read morereceived a detailed physical invoice at the time of purchase, and overall the transaction was completed without an issue. However, I was disappointed with the payment process and the lack of a digital receipt. I first tried paying with my debit card, but the transaction was declined multiple times. I also tried another card, and that failed as well. Throughout the process, the person at the counter kept telling me to pay in cash, so I ultimately completed the purchase with cash. My main concern is that I specifically asked for a digital copy of my invoice for my records, but I still have not received it. Since this was a precious-metals purchase involving a significant amount of money, I believe customers should be able to easily receive an electronic copy of their receipt or invoice when requested. I do have the original paper invoice and took a photo of it as a backup, but the lack of follow-up was frustrating. In a time when digital payments and electronic receipts are standard almost everywhere, being repeatedly asked to pay cash and then not receiving the requested digital receipt felt very outdated and inconvenient. For anyone planning to buy gold or silver here, I would recommend keeping your physical receipt, taking a photo of it immediately, confirming in advance what payment methods are actually accepted, asking whether they can provide a digital receipt, and comparing prices and policies with a few other coin shops before making your purchase. Overall, the purchase itself was completed, but the payment experience and lack of a digital receipt left me very disappointed.
