Even more importantly, he talks directly to our nonverbal son, which means so much to us. So on the second day, One of The Parts doesn't fit in my Other car. It's an expensive part. I went back to see if it's any solution and then the same guy who sales me the car. I guess he's the manager. He doesn't know anything about customer service. So at the end, when you really need a solution, they don't give you none of any nice solution because instead of a trying to find a solution too exchange, the part that it's not cheap He just told me all negative solution that it was my fault. That is not refundable. I don't want my money back. I just want the right part for my car. So he told me no. Basically sorry it's not about money. It's about customer service. He rung me up then unceremoniously stepped back from the counter and went, "Okay, there you go.", leaving me to awkwardly reach forward and grab my jumble of items I'd just paid for. The prices were fairly high, and given the fact that I felt uncomfortable asking a simple question and then made to feel even more awkward actually purchasing something...yeah, I just don't think I'll be back.
