Very rude and unprofessional…read more I had a very unpleasant experience with Ken. I was trying to sell some old toys, and he was extremely rude and kept interrupting me instead of letting me finish my sentences. He said that they weren't vintage, which made no sense considering some of these toys are 30 years old. Regardless of whether he was interested in buying them or not, he could have communicated that respectfully. Instead, he was dismissive, interrupted me repeatedly, and did not conduct business in a professional manner. Very disappointing experience.

At checkout, the older woman working as the cashier mumbled under her breath as she was ringing me up which I assumed was her talking to herself/noting what the costs were to ring up. She told me the total and I swiped my card not thinking too much of it. When I got back to my car I realized the math didn't quite add up. I checked the receipt and realized the jewelry beads were not discounted so I went back inside to request a price verification. I was rudely told that she had told me those weren't on sale - which maybe she did whilst she was mumbling but I hadn't acknowledged it as I didn't actually hear it. I let her know if they weren't on sale then I'd like to return those items. Thankfully a manager stepped in and let her know the beads were indeed on sale and showed her where it said so on the weekly flyer. The cashier apologized to the manager - not me.

My wife even informed me that this is the most comfortable she's felt interacting with folks in a Game Store. My most favorite thing they sold, that my wife and I bought 3 of, was custom pre-made decks, one for MTG Commander, and two for Star Wars Twin Suns. I've never seen a Game Store sell custom pre-made decks constructed by the staff. Really cool concept that more stores should do!
