It's the kind of hobby shop that harkens back to the days of saving your money as a kid, and spending it on kits. They also have trains in various scales and supplies for hobby railroaders too. They're knowledgeable about the hobbies and supplies they stock. It's a family owned business. There is still a need for the brick and mortar stores, especially when you are trying to find a particular color of paint and need it today. Highly recommend them to all hobbyists!

The question was answered right away without having to be transferred to another person. So very helpful in that store. I had interacted with him before and found his attitude unprofessional, and today's visit left me feeling the same way. Throughout my visit, I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience. When it came time to bag my purchases, Frank said that it wasn't his job. His tone and attitude made me feel unwelcome instead of appreciated as a paying customer. I expect basic courtesy and respectful service. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location while Frank continues to work there. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses how customers are treated.

Over 7 days I have "scored" on 3 wonderful cars/trucks (Tmaxx, Jato, and E Revo). I guess you can say I'm feeling like I'm 15 years old again LOL. Jose has tuned both my Tmaxx and Jato not to mention helped me out w/ repairs on all 3 of my cars. My newest car being a E-Revo in which I purchased from Jose which has quickly become my favorite.
