Dropped by while visiting from out of town. Asked them about looking through their bulk Pokémon boxes. They told me all the cards in the boxes were 4 for $1. Spent 20 minutes going through a couple boxes but when I went up to the counter to check out they told me they were going to have to look all the cards up. Felt like I was tricked into pulling all the cool cards out of their bulk for them. Massive waste of my time. Soured a very good experience I was having in store. read more

Smaller footprint card shop with tables for events (they have a calendar of live TCG events you can check out). It's primarily suited for Pokémon, though they do have Magic: The Gathering and other TCGs as well. They have a ton of cases filled with single Pokémon cards, both slabbed and non-slabbed. Parking is kind of obnoxious--not their fault, as the lot is shared with a bunch of other businesses. Park in the back in a labeled spot, or just hope the other tenants don't tow you for skipping their food and feasting on Pokémon cards instead. The staff was all friendly--they spoke to and treated my 11-year-old kindly and respectfully. That's always important to me, especially when kids are excited and ask a lot of questions. Pricing was fair. They had low stock of Pokémon boxes and packs when we visited, but as of May 2025, it's tough for shops to keep those in stock, so I'm not blaming them. I'd just recommend calling ahead if you're looking for something specific so you don't end up disappointed. Great place to browse slabbed or non slabbed singles and talk Pokémon, though! read more

Words cannot even begin to explain how much I love this trading card shop. I've probably visited this store at minimum a dozen times and I'm constantly impressed by the immense variety of cards they have available. From raw, to slabs, to sealed, and even a section in the back where all their rare cards and sealed products live. Everytime I've come in, I almost feel like I'm being treated like a friend. The employees take so much time to make sure I can evaluate the cards I'm interested at my own pace and will show the up to date TCG pricing when asked. I love the integrity and honesty this store embodies. I also just can't say enough about the staff, they are truly what makes this store so special. I even got one of my grail cards here! 1 star only goes out to the guy who wears the hats and the beard. The place itself is 5 stars. The girl that works there is extremely helpful and very nice. This is my go to card store and I've been coming here for years. The girl helped me grab two cards and when she left to go somewhere really quick, the guy with the hat and beard, accused me of going behind the counter to grab the cards. I told him the girl was helping me. I ended up not purchasing the cards after he spoke to me that way. Please teach your staff (specifically only this guy) to have better customer service. read more

I literally drive an hour and a half just to go to this store. Every person that I have always dealt with have been extremely helpful. The girl with the glasses especially is always extremely nice and welcoming. The short guy with the beard seems miserable and not friendly at all. When asking for help from him it seems like you're bothering him and gets overwhelmed pretty easily. read more

This place is just awesome. It's so cool. The people there are so nice and I don't think anyone seems annoying or overwhelmed when you ask their cards are very good condition. Their packs are a little bit expensive but very cool and they have a lot of stuff to pick from and that just makes it more fun. I know the feeling of someone waltzing in 10 minutes before close, with too much to say and a big singles order. The type of customer who remembers "just 1 more card!" a half a dozen times. Last night I was that customer. I do not have enough words to show how incredible Primetime is, and how absolutely thrilled I was with the time and help Matt, the owner, showed me. It was nice to walk in, make some quips about the commander deck I was building, add some cards to the order I had placed the day before, and genuinely feel comfortable! The price was right, the singles selection was EXTENSIVE, and the customer service was incredible. I know that local game stores are a mixed bag. My experience with Primetime was what I consider the gold standard of LGS'. The bar is high, which is why I will not think twice about going back for more. read more

Ah, this is it! I wasn't sure what to expect as I was just visiting the area, but I stopped in looking for a smattering of different (mostly cheap) Pokemon vintage singles. I found more than I could have imagined! So many in fact, that I felt bad that the dutiful, patient clerk had to price so many cards! The folks were super accommodating though, taking the time to pull out boxes for me to sift through, carefully finding and pricing cards, tallying up the total, being understanding when I couldn't make up my mind which ones I wanted, etc etc. I left with a decent stack of vintage cards -- a few nice condition vending machine singles that I was looking for, some oddball JP Gym leader cards, a few cool unnumbered promos, and an odd couple of cards my partner was looking for. All were priced well, and I can't wait to come back! I will have my want list in order next time for sure. read more

One of the largest selection of MTG singles in the valley. Shop is great for casual or CEDH games every Friday-Sunday as well as events for modern and legacy and they also have a commander night every month where they give away free magic products and pizza. Highly recommend! read more
