The book section is also fantastic, with great options for all ages. They offer the cutest free gift wrapping and even sell birthday cards, making it a perfect one-stop shop before any party. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS! I chaperoned 60 kids as a parent…read morechaperone and a staff member. They have "nigh security" that actually terrorizes children in their hotel room. Sam Lara specifically had at least 20 boys in full on tears as he was yelling at them, slamming doors, banging on doors, etc.. it actually felt like "scared straight" except these were good kids that were supposed to be on a field trip that was strictly fun. I as a staff member and parent chaperone was "not allowed" to see my child to give him nightly medication. Sam shouted at me and scared all the children. They were only allowed to interact with him. Not call any teachers or parents. Then on our last night a boy got sick in the night. Threw up everywhere. Called "night security" 4x but night security was asleep and didn't answer and the children were LOCKED in their rooms for 3 hours with vomit everywhere and no cleaning supplies. The guides treated everything with fire and brimstone and the kids were stressed the majority of the trip. Between long boat rides where kids are vomiting to "bonfires" with homeless people. Never again! This is incredibly dangerous.

Paid parking is available in lots or in meters just around the area where the store is. It is open Mondays through Thursdays from 9 AM to 4:30 PM and Fridays from 9 AM to 4 PM. It is closed Saturdays and Sundays. There are several different areas within the store from the bookstore in the back to the general campus store throughout the rest of the store. Review for Cartel…read more This location was so charming, especially being right inside the ASU bookstore! The customer service was awesome from start to finish. My daughter and I walked up to the counter ready to order, and I knew I wanted a mocha--but I wasn't completely sure. Hunter stepped right up to the register, already fired up and ready to help. I asked him, "Do you think I want a mocha?" and without hesitation he said yes! We both laughed, and then he suggested adding vanilla, which had me completely sold. Then he started talking to my daughter about a couple of other drink options, and wow--he had me reconsidering my whole order! My daughter reminded me that I don't like prickly pear, but Hunter kindly let me sample it anyway. Sure enough, I still didn't like it--but he made it sound so delicious and refreshing that I almost believed I would! We left already planning our next visit just to see Hunter again. If you get the chance to have an encounter with him, take it! He truly knows the products and how to market them. And most importantly, I loved the mango tajín limeade matcha and my daughter enjoyed her prickly pear herbal tea. They both were absolutely excellent.
