A mattress should improve sleep, not create health issues. The warranty claim process was extremely difficult and frustrating. Filing a claim took far too much effort, and when an inspector was finally sent out, it felt like the decision had already been made before he arrived. My claim was denied because he said he found a stain on the mattress, which came across as a convenient reason to reject the warranty rather than a fair inspection. I would not recommend American Furniture for mattresses or major purchases. While the mattress is over five years old, that is exactly why a long-term warranty matters. Normal use over time should not automatically invalidate a warranty claim, especially when the primary issue is loss of support causing back pain and physical discomfort. Also, to be clear, there was no major stain on the mattress. The claim was denied based on a minor mark that does not affect the structure, support, or performance of the mattress, which was the actual concern being reported. When customers purchase a mattress with a warranty, it is the store's responsibility to clearly explain what can void that warranty at the time of sale. It was never explained that a minor, non-structural mark could result in a complete denial years later, regardless of the defect being claimed. The issue here is not whether mattress covers are recommended. The issue is that the warranty process felt designed to deny claims rather than fairly evaluate them. The inspection appeared predetermined, and the stain was used as a blanket reason to dismiss the complaint without addressing the actual problem of support failure. Saying this is "industry standard" does not make it acceptable. Customers reasonably expect a warranty to protect them from defects, not to be nullified by common, non-structural issues after years of normal use. I went to a Bins AZ location at 35th Ave and Deer Valley and it was not the experience I was really…read moreexpecting. When I pulled up in the parking lot, I wasn't even sure they were open. It was totally empty and the sign on the door was a just a little handwritten whiteboard sign with the hours. The doors opened and I went into the large space. It was very organized and laid out well, this was more like just Target overstock or returns than bins. I was expecting the rows and rows of tables with tubs to shift and sort through. Not this location apparently. There was almost no clothing and mainly just chairs and linens. Lots and lots of pillows, sheet sets, and comforters. I was looking at a few pieces but the price was not that much better what I could use with the Target circle app. It was also so weirdly quiet in there. There was just one employee I saw at the register. No music or fans or anything, it felt like you had whisper. Also don't know if I missed it, but didn't see a bathroom, in case you need one in your treasure seeking. Don't know if I'll be back to this spot or not.

First, I was EARLY into my pregnancy. As a four pregnancy, something felt different and I wanted to see my baby to be sure. Little Buns and Nikki is not a medical establishment and she is not a medical professional, but she is a sweet, good hearted woman and at 7 weeks when not even a OB would see me early, Little Buns did. The boutique is beautiful. With super cute and unique baby wear, the lobby and room had snacks and toys for my toddlers. There is a big beautiful screen right in front of the bed to see your tiny baby wiggle. And I will love forever that Nikki was the one who got to show us that what I thought felt off, was twins. We left with several photos and a video of the moment those TWO babies popped up on the screen. I Love that Little Buns plays such a pivotal moment in my life. Thank you so much Little Buns
