I went to a Bins AZ location at 35th Ave and Deer Valley and it was not the experience I was really expecting. When I pulled up in the parking lot, I wasn't even sure they were open. It was totally empty and the sign on the door was a just a little handwritten whiteboard sign with the hours. The doors opened and I went into the large space. It was very organized and laid out well, this was more like just Target overstock or returns than bins. I was expecting the rows and rows of tables with tubs to shift and sort through. Not this location apparently. There was almost no clothing and mainly just chairs and linens. Lots and lots of pillows, sheet sets, and comforters. I was looking at a few pieces but the price was not that much better what I could use with the Target circle app. It was also so weirdly quiet in there. There was just one employee I saw at the register. No music or fans or anything, it felt like you had whisper. Also don't know if I missed it, but didn't see a bathroom, in case you need one in your treasure seeking. Don't know if I'll be back to this spot or not. read more

The look at this place is very subpar, but it is what it is. A whole bunch of stuff is literally dumped into bins and then you have a scavenger hunt to look for things that are worth more to you than the listed price for the day. Every day prices for change during the week. Each week has all new inventory of Amazon returns. Pricing starts with a certain price for anything on day one, on day two the price decreases and so forth. You can actually find good buys, but it's a hunt. Owners have a lot of room for improvement, such as communicating store hours, clearly communicating pricing, and I would suggest that they open boxes that are labeled so that people can know what's inside of them. What a mess this place is. Not worth the time looking through bins of empty boxes and left over merchandise just thrown everywhere. Trashy

So, found this place on Tik Tok & it was a must to go check out. My friend and I decided to make the long drive to Glendale to find out what all the buzz was about. This is suppose to be a further discounted place for merchandise mainly coming from Kohl's, Target and a few other name brand vendors. We arrived about 1:00 PM and the parking lot wasn't very busy. However, keep in mind this isn't the greatest area, so make sure you are aware of your surroundings. The store was a fairly good size inside. There are wooden bins created by rows. We noticed in certain sections there was caution tape (?) which later came to find out are areas that are blocked off as they only open select sections each day of the week. So, for instance Thursday it was only a clothing bins and a few almost empty bins to browse through. Another area with some appliances & baby items. That was super disappointing as we had driven all that way and the whole store wasn't an option to shop. Tik Tok didn't share this important information. LOL As the curiosity got to me knowing there was more to explore, I politely asked one of the employees if we could just see what else they had to offer so that we would know in the further if it would be worth the effort in coming back again as we had come approximately 30 miles do to seeing this on social media. She was nice enough to accommodate our request. There were a lot of miscellaneous things, non of which really caught my eye. My friend was able to pick up a portable baby crib & air fryer plus a few clothes for $1 each. The prices for the other two items were really good compared to the original cost. However, depending on the condition of the boxes, you will need to ensure the product isn't damaged and you know the color of the item & exact product in the box. I picked up a few clothing items and my day was about 6 bucks! Overall we walked away with some good bargains, but for the future we know when to go back to have more of a shopping opportunity. I have attached pictures of the daily deals they have listed above the registers. Note: bring cash, they will charge 3% more if using a debit card or credit card. Best day of the week to go would be Friday as the stock is better & they open the entire store through Saturday. Friday $15 bin days and Monday is $5 bin days. You really gotta dig to find good deals depending on the day as well. Ask what their return policy is or if all sales are final too! read more

I came here because I found out they had surplus items from Target. My bank account is a love letter to Target so if I can help reduce that love letter, I will. I had no expectations when I came into this location. The name of the business is appropriate, it was legitimate bins of items. Maybe I came on a day between deliveries but the place was cleared out & not a lot left in the bins. I could see some of the small appliances were still properly sealed. The prices for the most part appeared reasonable. Maybe the new location will be more convenient for me. This location really wasn't convenient for me but I suppose, if I were in that area & it was open, I would probably stop in to take a peak. Love the concept though. read more

Who ever marked the nepresso for $100 isn't doing anyone favors or a great deal open box missing pieces Vs buying it at Costco for &179 if anything goes wrong they take it back immediately. Amazing finds can be had In my humble experience Do Not Buy Anything That Needs to be put together unless you've inspected the carton has its original tape closure and has never been open (for certain) I bought a shower tension basket corner unit. And. It's missing pieces This store has signs clearly NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGE NO REFUNDS. So i was all excited now i have $10.00 worth of useless metal poles and baskets and can't put it together. This place is a mess clothes and boxes everywhere and really didn't find anything worth the $ amount priced for that day, I think I like goodwill better at least more organized. The woman at checkout I am thinking she is the manager/owner is so rude. She argues with customers and tells people to hurry. I was near the line where an elderly woman was checking out and being rushed and the owner was being rude too, the woman eventually got upset and just walked out without buying anything. I watched while looking through the messy bins but decided to not buy anything. I won't be going back, when you own an establishment you should learn how to hold your tongue and be nice to your customers. This location used to be amazing when they first opened. The prices WERE great! Since they gained in popularity they increased the prices quite a bit. It's not fun going shopping there anymore. The items should be still at least half of what they're currently charging. I know a lot of people that stopped going here because the owners made the place feel like they were being greedy. read more

I went to Bins AZ on a friday morning and again its the same people putting a chair by the door to be first in line and run and grab multiple carts and just fill them up with whatever they can grab. They should at least have a rule of one shopping cart per customer. These people have no shame they will knock you out of the way and block the whole aisle and back wall with their piles of stuff so you cant even get through. There is only one or two cashiers even on fridays so you spend more time waiting in line than you do shopping. Black friday just reopened so bins az needs to step it up or lose customers read more

Pro: We had some pretty good finds here. We found a really nice gas fire pit here. It was a bit far in distance for us being as though we are coming from the east valley. The drive was worth it this trip, but I don't know if I will be returning. The one Con that I would say is that you have to be comfortable shopping through bins of picked through items. I cannot emphasize what great deals you can get from the Bins! I'm constantly shopping for clients homes and THIS is the place I come look for first. I've furnished/decorated 7 bed AirBNB's for a fraction of what I would have paid elsewhere. I also love the staff, they are always so kind and welcoming. I do advise if you plan on going Friday to prepare to fight the crowds until 9am ish. I prefer to go later Friday's and Saturday's. read more

My comment is for their northern ave location. The store advertised items in OfferUp saying they were discounted items from an Amazon pallet. According to the ad the items were supposedly 50% off of whatever Amazon was charging. I've purchased in several occasions and this has been the case. Well it was at my last visit when the store manager thought it was appropriate to charge the same price as what it was going for online, Amazon takes debit and credit cards so I'm not sure why they thought their price was fair for an item someone returned esp seeing as I could've purchased the same item brand new online with next day delivery. I didn't check the price until I left bc I'd had never been ripped off before by them but I made a u turn and drove back only to be told by the shady store manager that they never discount by 50%, when the other rep who has seen me in the store before spoke up for me disputing what the manager said he doubled down then said "oh I'll discount you next time" nope won't be a next time, the store itself is very disorganized and you have to dig through boxes to find what you want. Other items are held behind the counter so you can't really look through them w/out help. 1/10 would not recommend. read more

Purchased a wire rack for $15 but it's missing plastic pieces to hold one of the shelves up. So, our three shelf wire rack is a two shelf wire rack. Ordered replacement clips on Amazon for 7 bucks. Not great unless you go on restock day. Drove 45 min to this location and unfortunately less than half the store was available for shopping. Other than the bin items (clothes, toys, etc) furniture and home items aren't that discounted. TJ Maxx or Ross are much better options for getting good deals read more

Went for the first time on Sunday July 9th with my mom. The sign said that everything found on that day would be 5 dollars. It was hard to find things that were not broken or had missing parts since it was Sunday so by then the place was ransacked, but we did manage to find 7 things we could use. We were in a hurry so we didn't actually keep count at the store and were not tracking what we were buying so when we went to the cashier, who was a woman, she did not let us take out the things and put them in the counter ourselves, instead she was the one who was counting and taking the things out of our cart, even grabbing our handbags in the process. We were so hungry and distracted talking about where we would eat that when she charged us 70 dollars we did not think much of it. We paid and left. It wasn't until we got home and took down the stuff that we realized we only bought 7 things and were charged 10 bucks a pop. Which is disappointing because we really had to get our hands dirty and spend a while there to find descent things. Be careful when paying and make sure they charge you correctly. read more
