I normally have a good experience here, but I'm not too sure what the issue was today. I have my…read moreinfant on my chest in a baby carrier and my toddler in a shopping cart, it was a Trader Joe's shopping cart because those are the only carts outside in the parking lot and with me having an infant and toddler for me to get a cart outside versus having to wait until we get into the store is way easier.. I go into the store and the worker tells me I cannot have that cart inside. I have to use a once upon a child shopping cart. I really almost wanted to leave and just say forget it, but I already drove 40 minutes to come here so I figured whatever. I literally set the Trader Joe's shopping cart right outside the doors and then grabbed a once upon a child shopping cart, it is definitely an inconvenience having to do that with me having a baby in a baby carrier on my chest but OK I guess they have the rules. I didn't really think the shopping cart mattered where it was from. I know if they make an exception with me they'll have to make the exceptions for other people, but I feel like they could have said I just need to make sure I leave with that cart that I can't leave the cart inside that store . Or possibly it's a Trader Joe's thing where Trader Joe's doesn't want their shopping cart inside once upon a child I don't know but again rules are rules so whatever . But what really annoyed me is when standing at checkout, there is no one else in the checkout line, there are three workers putting hangers back. Nobody said anything to me. I'm literally standing there holding the clothes I'm wanting to purchase in my hand, waiting for one of the workers to tell me which register I can set my stuff down at. I'm not sure if I will visit this location again. my experience I had there this time shopping was very annoying. They are having their 90% off summer clothes so it was nice to take advantage of good deals. There were a couple pieces of clothes on hangers that did have stains on them. The store is fairly organized.

As soon as you walk in you see a well-stocked store from the ground to the ceiling. Each area is stocked by size that is neat and in an orderly fashion. Selections for boys and girls both young and old. I am always impressed with the price point on all items. I am also intrigued with the quality of clothing. A small area in the back with books and toys. A tiny section in the front with brand new old school toys. I have also had the opportunity to co-sign here. Impressed with the process and believe I was fairly compensated. I highly recommend shopping here as the store has season items for all children's sizes. The only downfall is the service. No one is rude or nasty it is just every time I shopped here I have not felt welcomed. Not a store where you can expect to get a warm welcome, help or thank you for your business.

Most items are priced fairly with the exception of luxury designer items. My low rating mostly stems from a lack of quality customer service. This has been consistent with every visit I've made. You're basically ignored from the moment you enter the store until you leave. During my latest visit I stood at the register for a full minute while a female employee, who sat NEXT to the register, stuffed her face blatantly ignoring me. Finally, without even LOOKING in my direction, she said "you ready?" That's wild behavior. I also heard an employee talking badly about a customer very loudly for all to hear. Entitled behavior with lack of care and service. I'm not especially inclined to return.

The service they provide is second to none in the retail industry. I was in the store trying to find a last minute dress for my 5yr old's school dance, and ended up finding hidden gems, one after another! Styles that I fell in love with, and hadn't seen anywhere else. You can absolutely see how much care is taken when accepting items to buy or trade, they uphold solid standards, which I really appreciate. The prices are very fair, specially due to the quality they accept and you can tell prices are not marked up unnecessarily. I noticed several customers, much like myself, happen upon the store and making comments on how they'd never known it was there and were thrilled with their finds! I noticed every single customer was always greeted and helped in the most welcoming and sincerest way possible.
