Plenty of space to park in the front of the store where you will see gently used or recycled toys, bikes, and tot things. As soon as you walk in you see a well-stocked store from the ground to the ceiling. Each area is stocked by size that is neat and in an orderly fashion. Selections for boys and girls both young and old. I am always impressed with the price point on all items. I am also intrigued with the quality of clothing. A small area in the back with books and toys. A tiny section in the front with brand new old school toys. I have also had the opportunity to co-sign here. Impressed with the process and believe I was fairly compensated. I highly recommend shopping here as the store has season items for all children's sizes. The only downfall is the service. No one is rude or nasty it is just every time I shopped here I have not felt welcomed. Not a store where you can expect to get a warm welcome, help or thank you for your business.

You're basically ignored from the moment you enter the store until you leave. During my latest visit I stood at the register for a full minute while a female employee, who sat NEXT to the register, stuffed her face blatantly ignoring me. Finally, without even LOOKING in my direction, she said "you ready?" That's wild behavior. I also heard an employee talking badly about a customer very loudly for all to hear. Entitled behavior with lack of care and service. I'm not especially inclined to return.

The store was a little busy around 630pm on Thursday, but you could still look around and go through the racks with ease. Karen was a huge help, and showed me some other styles of clothes I was interested in. They have a large selection of jeans, and even more options online, so I tried on for size in the store and will purchase online later. I think the value is pretty good at Old Navy. They've usually got good sales, and always have a clearance area. I will probably come back here in the future, everyone was nice and friendly. The store was organized and clean. One specific employee told me that I take to long shopping and I am always difficult and insisting that I was being dishonest. I have tried to make several returns to exchange for either the right size or something else that didn't have any defects. I would say Everytime I have checked out, I have left with me feeling embarrassed or insulted, my issues have never been resolved professionally or resolved at all and I don't feel like I am even wanted back at all. I swear, I can take a few videos without anyone knowing I am recording my shopping experience either, but I would really like to prove my accusations and make sure I have substantial proof to let you know I have been dealing with some of the rudest employees. It has made me decide to go to Ross or Marshalls from now on and I spent at least $200-$350 a month. Now add that up, somewhere around $3,600 a year on average and I was only one customer. I popped in while in the area recently to try on a few pieces I had my eyes on online and return a pair that did not work out. I wasn't greeted or asked if I needed any assistance, but I do usually look like I am on the mission. Once going up to the counter, or island I suppose, The team was very friendly and got me into a changing room. The return was easy enough and they were able to look it up on my account, as I was having some difficulty with service to pull up my receipt. Overall, I have had good experiences and enjoy the various styles and quality of their products.They also have always stood by their products, but I have not tested this is sometime. I do think their return window has changed in the last year to a 30 day window, I recall it being longer before and appreciated the larger window, as none of their locations are super close, but nothing out of the normal for most brands, but it was a nice perk that allowed more wiggle room.
