During my latest visit I stood at the register for a full minute while a female employee, who sat NEXT to the register, stuffed her face blatantly ignoring me. Finally, without even LOOKING in my direction, she said "you ready?" That's wild behavior. I also heard an employee talking badly about a customer very loudly for all to hear. Entitled behavior with lack of care and service. I'm not especially inclined to return.

Karen was a huge help, and showed me some other styles of clothes I was interested in. They have a large selection of jeans, and even more options online, so I tried on for size in the store and will purchase online later. I think the value is pretty good at Old Navy. They've usually got good sales, and always have a clearance area. I will probably come back here in the future, everyone was nice and friendly. The store was organized and clean. I've worked different retail stores and whatever time we state we close is the time we take our last customer not to clean and be out by the time the store closes . If you plan on showing up late night try to show up at least maybe a half hour or more before they close cause you'll be turned down for cleaning as I was told .

The return was easy enough and they were able to look it up on my account, as I was having some difficulty with service to pull up my receipt. Overall, I have had good experiences and enjoy the various styles and quality of their products.They also have always stood by their products, but I have not tested this is sometime. I do think their return window has changed in the last year to a 30 day window, I recall it being longer before and appreciated the larger window, as none of their locations are super close, but nothing out of the normal for most brands, but it was a nice perk that allowed more wiggle room.
