I am a big fan of Athleta, I have quite a few of their pieces and all of them have held up great. I have been to this location a few times, though it is small, they do have a solid selection. I popped in while in the area recently to try on a few pieces I had my eyes on online and return a pair that did not work out. I wasn't greeted or asked if I needed any assistance, but I do usually look like I am on the mission. Once going up to the counter, or island I suppose, The team was very friendly and got me into a changing room. The return was easy enough and they were able to look it up on my account, as I was having some difficulty with service to pull up my receipt. Overall, I have had good experiences and enjoy the various styles and quality of their products.They also have always stood by their products, but I have not tested this is sometime. I do think their return window has changed in the last year to a 30 day window, I recall it being longer before and appreciated the larger window, as none of their locations are super close, but nothing out of the normal for most brands, but it was a nice perk that allowed more wiggle room. read more

I spent about $1000 on your brand this season, and I didn't receive a pair of the Venice wide legs in the light color, I reached out to your customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do for me. They would not be refunding me. I wrote a review and in the review, I explained what had happened, and they did not publish my review ... I reached out again to no avail. Nobody gets back to you, nobody helps you solve your problem. For a $75 pair of pants, you have an angry customer, who you don't deem worthy of an actual response, who has a lot of other options for athletic wear. I've been to this new-ish Athleta location a handful of times and purchased clothing for both myself and my daughter. It's a small store, but they pack a lot into it and have a decent selection for both women's and girl's size 6 and up. My daughter is active like I am, so I love that she can now wear Athleta clothing as I find them to be fashionable and functionable. While I haven't been to any events at this store, I know that there are fitness classes and other community gatherings here on occasion. The Athleta employees are always friendly and just attentive enough. I'll definitely be back soon and likely spend way too much money here again and again as a result! read more

I actually love the feel and color of these leggings (i bought them in purple and blue), but they should last longer than 2 years if you're spending $90+ on them. Both sides have ripped seams from usage. Athleta returned the leggings for $13. Disappointing lifetime for amount spent. read more

I love Athleta, but the customer service at this store is sub par. Pre-Covid I frequented this store and it was my favorite. Now don't get a hello when you walk in, and stand at the desk just waiting for someone, so you can pay. 4 employees and not one asked if they could help me as I searched for sizes in leggings on the table or shirts. The young lady wasn't going to ask for my phone number so I could get my points either. I recommend the clothes, but I'm back to shopping on the app. read more

Perplexed as to why people say the staff are not nice and helpful. My wife is a frequent shopper and they have always been great.

Go to Kierland they are WAAAY more helpful or shop online. Bought 3 pairs of pants, brought them in for alterations, they had them for 2 weeks, heard nothing. Called them "oh we had the wrong number." Only 2/3 pairs were ready (they couldn't find the 3rd pair). Got them home, looked at the tag, only took 3 inches instead of the 4 inches requested. Brought them back, "it'll be a week." I provided a different phone number this time. Came back a week later "oh they're not back yet it'll still be a couple of days but we will call you." Called today, FINALLY "oh yeah they're ready." Asked when they came in why didn't I get a call? "Oh the phone number we had wasn't a good phone number." 2 working phone numbers weren't bad and I called them from it so what gives? They're not honest and the alterations person takes a long time. They're disorganized for sure. Short people are better off at lulu, alterations are in house next day in most cases. Also, people are getting vaccinated, why do you close at 6? Some of us work until 5. Lucky for me, I'm closer to Kierland now and I prefer that store to this one. read more

My daughter received a gift of Athleta workout clothes. The size was wrong so we took the items back to the store. They were a gift so we did not have a receipt but the tags were still attached. I had to show my state-issued driver's license and passport since I did not have the receipt. The return was denied and I was told that is because I have made too many returns without a receipt at either a Gap, Old Navy or Athleta store. That is completely false. I don't shop at any of these stores so I could not have made a return, with or without a receipt. While still in the store, I called Customer Service. They are emailing me the forms to appeal this denial. Customer Service said this process is to avoid customers coming in and grabbing items off the shelf and then attempting to return the stolen merchandise. Such a hassle. I will never shop at any Gap owned business due to the treatment of its customers. What happened to "the customer is always right"? Update: I received the Return Activity Report. As expected, it showed no history of prior returns. I spent the better part of a day calling GAP customer service, Athleta Customer service and the Retail Equation, some entity that made the decision to deny the return. Bottom line: they are still denying a return of the merchandise. The GAP says they cannot override a decision made by the Retail Equation. The Retail Equation said there is no process to overturn a decision once made. After they looked at the Return Activity Report however, they changed the basis of the denial and now claim it is denied because it is a "high dollar exchange." Such a scam! read more

Decent amount of sizes. Customer service is lacking. No greeting, I had an armful of clothes, was offered zero assistance. I checked out with a decent amount of clothes ( I needed or I would have gone somewhere else) and never even got a thank you. This is a good example of why retail stores are closing. read more
