Really good location to find deals in the clearance section. I found pants, jeans, jackets, and all sorts of clothing items for $4.00-6.00.

I've been to this location a few times and have never had any problems. I came here recently to pick up an online order I'd placed and to try on the items too! The store was a little busy around 630pm on Thursday, but you could still look around and go through the racks with ease. Karen was a huge help, and showed me some other styles of clothes I was interested in. They have a large selection of jeans, and even more options online, so I tried on for size in the store and will purchase online later. I think the value is pretty good at Old Navy. They've usually got good sales, and always have a clearance area. I will probably come back here in the future, everyone was nice and friendly. The store was organized and clean. The service not great, no smiles or greeting when I was checking out, I asked due to the jeans having some marks, am I able to get discount, (no more in my size) she didn't say anything, but did call her mgr over, then finally spoke and said sternly, "you get 10 off and no return"...I had other interactions with other employees and no one was nice at all. read more

Terrible service and I'm not asking for much. It was the middle of a week day, tons of employees around but no one wanted to work. 5 or 6 people in line and employees standing around on their phones. We were all standing in line, finally one girl helped but she visibly rolled her eyes and seemed bothered. These employees could be taught customer service. I went in today to return two swim trunks my I bought online because they didn't fit my son well. The store manager, Janelle looked at me with a smirk and told me she was terribly sorry but I cannot return them due to the fact that they were purchased over 30 days ago. She didn't even try to make me happy by offering a store credit. She said I can call 1-800-oldnavy and try to get a return that way. Then she suggested I donate them. I understand them trying to retain as much business that has already happened, but they should think more about the business they are losing. I do most of my shopping online these days but was lured in by their tempting text deals: half-off active wear, in store only, one day only. The staff I encountered here were nice and helpful but not efficient. Store was visibly organized but line was long and slow. Some items did not ring up with their posted prices/discounts. I appreciate that they were able to adjust/correct pricing at register. Alarm went off from a forgotten security tag as I left, and they removed it. I got home (to Vegas) and found another forgotten tag and had to go out of my way to find another location (and my receipt) to have it removed, too. Our son is in college and an employee of Old Navy in Phoenix, AZ. Old Navy, owned by The Gap has a policy that all associates on the registers need to sell 3 credit cards each week. If they do not, then their names are posted in the employee area on a list of "ZERO EMPLOYEES" versus the list of those who sell enough credit cards on the "HERO EMPLOYEES" list. The Gap website says: More than the clothes we create, Gap Inc. is defined by its people. Our dedicated, eclectic, passionate culture is driven by pros, with personality. They have an entire division in charge of diversity and inclusion (https://corporate.gapinc.com/en-us/about/diversity-inclusion) yet the entry level employees are humiliated and called The Zeros if they do not sell enough credit cards. Oddly this location is rather bare. Not as much inventory as other Old Navy's. This is strange as it is located in a busy shopping center. They do have a variety of sizes in the items they carry the only issue is the service. You rarely find someone to help you on the floor. Most are behind the main customer service register talking or training. I can say Old Navy is not pricy and always affordable. Great sales in the back on clearance. I came here for the first time on black Friday. The store has really nice looking clothes and large amount of inventory. I don't know why I have never shopped in an Old Navy before, but I will be coming back. I bought a few pairs of pants and jeans and they fit so incredibly well on me. They were on sale for 50% off but even if they weren't on sale, I thought they were all reasonably priced. The pants and the jean material feels soft. I don't know how well they will hold up with wear. The store set up could have been a little better laid out. I feel like going in and looking around it's hard to see everything and it's a little overwhelming. You walk in and it's like bam! right in your face and it never stops. It felt like there was product from the ceiling to the floor and every nook and cranny in between. I don't know if it was just like that for black Friday, but it was intense. The girl that helped us at the register was incredibly nice and patient. She seemed to be in really good spirits considering it was close to the end of her shift and closing of the store. read more

Horrible customer service and associates who do not know what they are doing. They messed up an exchange we tried to process and told us an exchange wasn't possible because it was an online order (receipt confirms this is not true). Had to call customer service to have the transaction she incorrectly processed fixed. She said the manager confirmed exchanges could not be done in store so it appears everyone in this store could use education on store policies (that were literally listed on the receipt she had in her hand). read more

I had over $100 in returns that were 34 days old. Since it was outside the 30 day return window I was told I couldn't do the return. When I asked if I could a store credit to clerk told me no, "you should read the policy on the reciept I can't do the return". It was like I was asked for a refund on a purchase made over a year ago. Such a great place to find vacation clothes. You will always find what you are looking for at this location. The staff is super friendly and so helpful. This location is always clean and fully stocked with clothes, lots to choose from. The staff has even offered to order and item or look for it, to see if it is in a different location. I hate to say it, but i'm a regular at this location. They finally did the remodel and now it looks like all of the snazzy new stores! I love it! This location is always stocked with a ton of merchandise so you're sure to find the size that you want, unlike some of the other stores that seem to always be picked over. I've mentioned it in another review but even if you shop here once a month, their credit card is so worth it! They have a ton of great offers and rewards. You can also use it at their sister stores like Gap, Banana Republic, and more. Recently my friends have started having babies and they have SO many cute baby clothes, clothes for men, women, workout - everything that you could need! I love their basics too - like solid t-shirts, dresses, shorts, etc. I've been coming to this location since I was a kid and don't foresee stopping any time soon! :) read more

The selection was fantastic and cute clothes! I honestly haven't been to Old Navy in probably 15 years! When I saw the commercial I thought I would try it since it didn't seem like it was only for the younger crowd and it didn't disappoint. The employees were really nice and helpful but when I went to go pay I was the only one in line waiting (for almost 15 min) and the manager that was doing what looked to be scheduling told me I need to go to the other end to stand in line like it was the law. I wasn't standing close and no one else was in sight. Where he could have rung me up since he saw I was waiting so long he just stood there. When I finally got to checkout another person came in the line and another employee kindly noticed and came to help ring her up. Don't managers find it their job to step in and ring people up? Especially when they notice it is taking a very long time? Not a bad old navy in terms of employees. However, the store is always kind of messy overall so it's very hard to find the right sizes and items. In addition, more often then not the regular price items are found in the clearance somehow? Lol. All in all, I know they try. This old navy is in the middle of a huge shopping plaza so there are a lot of other places to go and check out as well. Plenty of parking. I do love Old Navy. I have to say though, their quality has definitely slipped over the years. But for the most part, I can generally find something I like no matter when I go in. The upside of Old Navy is that they always give out coupons. If you sign up for their email service, you'll get coupons all the time. Literally all the time. During the holidays I was getting four a day. Needless to say, I did have to turn off that service. But I went in the other day to grab a couple things and was given a $10 off a $25 purchase coupon. Can't beat that! Parking at this location is awful though. It's next to Michael's, a Best Buy, at Bed, Bath and Beyond and all kinds of other shopping. Getting in and out of the parking spot is hectic. Best to park as far back as possible and just walk up. read more

This is the last time I order from Old Navy online. I am a long time fan of their clothing but my online experience with them has been less than desirable. I ordered for store pickup and never received a notice to go pick up my items. No, not in Spam folder either. As I was placing my order online it said most items are ready for pickup in about two hours. So after 6 hours I finally went in to the store to inquire. They said it was ready and they fetched it for me. I didn't check the bag which was a mistake because only one of my 3 items was in there. Of course I was already at home when I noticed so I called them and asked them to check why the other items weren't in there. They told me I had to come back in to the store for them to check it out because they needed to scan my bag. Irritated now, I go back in and they scan it just to tell me that one of my items was rejected and the other is shipping to my house. Next time I just ordered to ship to me at home. I am still waiting for that item which was supposed to arrive yesterday. each day I get an update from UPS saying it is pushed back to the next day. It was supposed to arrive today and now I just received an email saying it will arrive tomorrow. So much for the convenience of shopping online. read more

Well, it took longer to be delivered than a slow boat would take from China even though it was supposedly in stock. Never again. I want to write a review to brag on who I believe was a manager, Yesenia. I came into the store today with a pair of pants that I bought in fall 2018. After wearing them for a few months, it became apparent that a seam was defective. These were the famous Pixie pants that are perfect for business casual work environments and my favorite work pants. I brought them back to the store to see what they could do as far as exchanging them for another pair. Long story short, Yesenia was accommodating and patient in dealing with me for upwards of 10 min. She initially told me there wasn't really anything she could do, but found a way to get me an exchange. I appreciate her willingness to come to a creative solution to keep a customer happy and would like upper management to know she's a great employee. read more

This location is in a super busy plaza and it gets pretty hectic during the holiday season. The store itself isn't usually too busy though (except during the holidays). They always have a great selection of clothing here and great deals! I love coming to shop for my nieces and nephew here, since they have cute styles. Occasionally, I'll find something for myself. I can't admit how many Polo's and T's I've bought from here. Not only is this number too large, but I think I might become a bit embarrassed. But DUDE - when these suckers go on sale in all the colors the guys wouldn't wear, I can pick them up for anywhere from $9 - $6 on a regular basis. I've even stocked up when I found a bunch on sale for $1.99. For a polo shirt! And I love their t-shirts. Again, my passion started when I got 4th of July t-shirts on July 5th for like $2.50. Yea, I can wash my car/go to the grocery store in that. Gotta say, I never walk in the girl's section. Only 1 Old Navy in the valley carries anything over a size 16 so I have no reason to walk over there at this location. But the guys section has tons of stuff in my size. Sad huh? I had gone into Old Navy with my sister on Saturday 4-27-19 to get my son some shorts for summer. This location is absolutely terrible. Walked in, the place was swarmed with people. It was difficult just to weave through and try to look at the clothing you were wanting to see. Clothes not folded just thrown everywhere. Clothes on the ground. Clothes in places it shouldn't have been. If I would have looked up I'm sure there would be some on the ceiling. I did not see any employees attending in any of the clothing areas for any questions. I had waited in this long line to check out. Finally I reach the counter and the gal rings all my stuff up and a lady comes out with a handful of bags and claims that's the last of the bags today. Ok. This place is obviously disorganized. The cashier had also left the beeping tags on my sons shorts. Such poor customer service! I wish there was a no star option. My 4 friends (who all had multiple items there were looking to purchase) were given a 5 minute notice and when we went to try on our clothes so we could decide our final purchases and leave quickly as possible, we were denied access to the fitting rooms due to the rooms "being closed two minutes ago". I alone easily had over $60 of clothes I was willing to purchase, let alone the others with me. We put our clothes on the rack and left. Now the associates have more work to do putting by 4 people's clothes back rather than making a sale. Won't be back to old navy. read more

I am ok with being treated like I am trash when I shop at thrift stores, but not when I am spending almost 100 on clothing and accessories from a "brand name" store. I purchased a pair of pants and the security tag was left on them. I returned to the store with the original receipt and all the tags on the pants. The women saw me as the alarm went off when I walked in, then watched me go stand in line. When I got to the counter it was as if I had executed the most well planned heist of 20 dollar pants ever. After examining the receipt as though it was a fraud and checking the computer countless times, she reluctantly removed the security tag folded the pants and told me to have a good day. Not once acknowledging the fact that their associate had failed to do her job resulting in my disgruntled return. Don't worry old navy store associate I will not be back! read more

This place was packed with people. I still was able to get in and get all my items in a relatively quick time. Just about 30 min! The line was so long but I got through quick! The jeans table placed right next to the line enthused me to buy a pair! At the checkout one on my sweaters rang up only $10 and the lady let me run back and grab a second one! Today I happened to stop by at this Old Navy location looking to purchase last clothes and shoes for my little sisters who are going away for summer break abroad with their father. After deciding what shoes I was happy with I remembered I did not recall my sisters shoe size. As I searched for my phone I realized I had forgotten it at home. ( oh bummer ) I politely asked to use store phone and was declined the service. "But I drove here from a fair distance can I just use it to call and verify the shoe size of the six year old and ten year old".
