I've been on a low-key mission to find more of the Motivas. I scanned the back clearance section and almost gave up, but I was determined to find at least 1 pair. Just as I was about to give up, I spotted them!! YASSSSS!! The last pair of size 8 in the vintage green color. It's more of an army green to me, but whatevs. I normally wear a size 9 in this brand since I like extra wiggle room in the toe box. However, when a friend convinced me to get a size 8 from the Tucson outlet store, I went with it. 8 is my natural shoe size, but it fluctuates with different brands. Nike is also very narrow imo, and my flatter than flat feet appreciate the extra room that a size 9 offers. The Air Zoom Pegasus that I found was a bonus. I wasn't looking for it, nor do I need to add to my ever-growing shoe collection, but hey, when you can grab 2 pairs of Nikes at under $100, I'd call that WINNING!! DO NOT SLEEP on these outlet stores, mannnn!! The clearance prices were an additional 30% off, so yeah, you really can't pass that up. Service was okay. These guys are busy, but I managed to ask an employee if they had any more sizes. He was polite and said usually whatever is out in the clearance section is IT. I walked to the registers so fast because there was no way I was leaving these shoes for someone else to buy. Not under my watch, lol. I need to stay away from here, but for now, I'm good to go!!

The owner refused to return the item, she stated they don't do returns. I expressed to her that her receipt says return within 7 business days. She refused to honor that return policy. Most items are priced fairly with the exception of luxury designer items. My low rating mostly stems from a lack of quality customer service. This has been consistent with every visit I've made. You're basically ignored from the moment you enter the store until you leave. During my latest visit I stood at the register for a full minute while a female employee, who sat NEXT to the register, stuffed her face blatantly ignoring me. Finally, without even LOOKING in my direction, she said "you ready?" That's wild behavior. I also heard an employee talking badly about a customer very loudly for all to hear. Entitled behavior with lack of care and service. I'm not especially inclined to return.

It filled an entire cart that was brought out. There were several cars there all unloading at the same time. On the top of my pile in the cart I had carefully laid a fragile holiday wreath that has adorned my front door the last several Christmases. It was made of twigs and small red berries, still in great condition. There were also some breakables underneath it. One of the employees came out and took a TV from the next car behind me and dropped it on top of the wreath in my cart. I said oof you just crushed the wreath I'm donating. The girl said "that's just a wreath and it ain't gonna smoosh" as I heard the twigs crunch. I wasn't going to stand there and disagree with her, but it made me realize that I will never bring another donation item back to that location ever again. She made me feel like what I was donating didn't matter. That wreath is probably in the trash now. I got no "thank you" and no receipt offered. I was having a pretty good morning until I rolled up to donate. I did drive around the front and go in and speak with a manager. I let her know how disappointed I was with the attitude of the girl in back. She was apologetic. I'm tired of poor customer service. After working in retail for more than 35 years, I know how to treat a customer and that was not it. Most of the employees who take donations back there are not very pleasant. I will head to St. Vincent de Paul next time which is much closer to my house. Just wasn't on my way today. They always greet you with a smile and a story.
