I'm not exaggerating when I say at least 90% of my wardrobe comes from here. It is where I go to buy outfits for everything: dates, work, travel, my own baby shower :) Every visit feels like someone with good taste went through the racks first. One of my favorite things is that the store is organized by color. Consignment shops can feel overwhelming and disorganized, but here it's easy to browse and actually find what you're looking for. Even better are the people. Emily and Claire have gotten to know my style over the years and pull things they know I'll love. When I ask for an honest opinion, I get one, and it's always genuine. I've been bringing my son in since he was a baby, and he loves it there too :) They remember him, ask about him, and make him feel welcome. After all this time they feel less like store employees and more like friends I get to visit with when I go in. Going to Poor Little Rich Girl is something I genuinely look forward to, never a chore. For example, I had brought in a beautiful Thierry Mugler blazer with hardly any wear. They denied taking it. I sold it independently and quickly for over 300. Now the latest thing they did, was sell a luxury item to a reseller that commented while they were closed. I then called several times in the morning, exactly when they opened, to be told the item just sold over Instagram. They never used to prioritize Instagram comments over buyers calling into the store. Several times in past years, people would comment on instagram first while they were CLOSED, and I would call in first thing to be sold the item. Then they want to claim this was never a thing lol trying to gaslight me when I had bought many items in the past by phone. To top it off, it was to a reseller lol. They dont care how loyal you've been to them. I've spent so much money over the years but this last incident was the final straw for me. There's better thrift stores around the valley, save yourself the trouble. They don't value long term customers. Edited to add: because of this recent issue that I brought up to them, they were so petty to block me on their Instagram. I never swore at them or anything lol. Avoid this business. Dawn is so incredibly unprofessional and petty to block a customer thats been shopping w them for 9 years. Not a good look at all. Edited yet again as a response to Cat: Cat, that number was not mine any longer as when I came in and was informed of the text received by my old number, I PROFUSELY apologized and updated my phone number with my NEW NUMBER. Every now and then, it's nice to stroll through the Biltmore Fashion Park. My wife and I…read moreoccasionally make it to a meal or to shop or even play at the Biltmore (or yes, a stroll). I also sometimes meet up with friends or family or even head there on my own. There's something for everyone and plenty to see and do; however, some of my favorite stores and restaurants have closed and been replaced over the years. It also happens to be where my wife and I had our first date! The Biltmore Fashion Park is known for some great restaurants. While there are some upscale and casual restaurants there, my favorites include Seasons 52 or True Food for a good meal and Frost a Gelato Shoppe for dessert. I really enjoy having several Fox restaurants at the Biltmore. There are also many other restaurants in the area. Several of the restaurants have great happy hours, too. I miss the Crepe Club though several other restaurants have opened since then. There are also plenty of shops from upscale shops to more casual ones like Lululemon and Sakes 5th Avenue. There are fancy clothing stores that my wife may enjoy though I typically enjoy the nice courtyard or seating outside some of the stores while she shops. Then, we grab a bite somewhere together. I miss the Apple Store and Sharper Image but look forward to what is opened next. There are also experiences from the Sip & Stroll (where you can enjoy a beverage from one of six restaurants and then walk around), meet-up with the Phoenix Run Club, the Art Walk, the Swiftie Liftie Outdoor Workout Class, or one of a number of galas or special events. Decent parking and I found a close handicapped space for the van. Event started promptly at 5:30. A few vendors including our very own Yelp Elite Event spot in Gilbert -Pixie sticks. They had a nice boutique there with an assortment of their items for sale. Joining them with booths were PetSmart (pup cups), a couple dog rescue orgs, and a Halloween photographer. There was also great music and really good cash bar making some excellent cocktails. It was a free event. The cocktails were $9 apiece... decent value. Topped it off with dinner at ZinBurger before I left. There's a few great restaurants up there, so will probably back despite the long drive.

They have different crafters that offer really cute AZ-themed items. There are customer book sleeves, stickers, clothing, hats, stuff for your pets, you name it. Prices are a little higher since most things are handmade, but if you're looking for something unique and from Arizona, I suggest stopping in and seeing what you can find.
