Not every shop is that transparent, and it made me feel respected and comfortable. The entire experience felt incredibly personal and truly tailored to me. It means a lot to walk in and be immediately welcomed by someone who clearly loves their job and wants you to be there. My main stylist was Carrie and the stylist assisting was Heather. They were both AMAZING! Carrie is so experienced and really knows her stuff (thank goodness cause I had no idea what I was talking about but that did not slow her down one bit). Heather really helped me keep my cool and was SO patient. All the ladies here hustled with grace - they were doing laps around that store, checking inventory, getting me in and out of dresses like a race car pit crew, all the while being my therapist and personal stylist. It takes a special kind of person to do all of that and maintain such enthusiasm all day - super impressive! I'm confident that if I had gone anywhere else I would've gotten overwhelmed and left empty handed. I despise clothes shopping and on top of that I had a very short turnaround time so going into this I knew I'd have limited options. Even then, they remained so positive and encouraging the whole time. They even found a ton of options that would work with my wedding date. I can't express enough how thankful I am that this group of ladies were with me every step of the way. My first appointment was with Eden- she was super nice and helpful in finding different styles for me yet refining the selection as I went along. I was a bit overwhelmed during this first appointment so I couldn't make a final decision but she kept track of my favorite dresses. I do wish she provided me with a card and wrote down my favorite styles but it was at least included in my electronic file. I loved how she provided champagne and water for me and my guests. My follow up appointment with Morgan was fantastic! I had a better idea of the dresses I wanted to try on. She was very helpful and eventually pulled the final dress I wanted after listening to my style and opinions change as I tried on my favorites. She helped take photos of me and was very knowledgeable in answering all my questions about the dresses and the ordering/alteration process. Overall they have a HUGE dress selection. The staff are professional and resourceful. The ambiance is perfect- warm, festive, and large. I also appreciate the free option for scheduling. It's also super convenient that they have a sister company for alterations which makes their services very easy. Highly recommend! This is an efficient and high yield stop.
