When I bought it I pointed out a bunch of strings and they told me they would fix that. I get it yesterday and it's full of lint and looks generally like a used suit that doesn't fix. I will never buy anything from a business with a no refund policy ever again and if that means I never own a suit they can bury me in my gym clothes. I really hate this place. Apparently they…read morehad been telling everyone that it was free alterations for life wasn't sustainable for them so they changed the policy. The person we spoke to on the phone should have honored that since we had been told that at the time of checkout but they did not. He called the store and we went to get the alterations at no cost. Still leaving 4-stars because it's a little disappointing that they changed the whole alterations model but nonetheless, their customer service is very good. A year ago, went with my boyfriend to buy a suit. It was pretty pricey but they had a good "free alternations policy" which was really appealing so he bit the bullet and bought the suit. Suit is nice, employees were helpful but now a year later, the pants need a little alteration. We gave them a call and they told us they changed their alteration policy from "free" to "free for 60 days after only". Who's getting an alteration 2 months after?? That was part of the reason we spent so much money was to get free alterations. We are very disappointed and won't be going back.
