Stopped by in search of Fun Services Co that I thought moved from Tempe but it looks like it's different, with a similar name. They have a ton of costumes but more Renaissance period. A guy offered to help me find something but when I gave him my ideas he walked me over to the section and then said we could order it for you. Sorry, that wasn't super helpful as people who walk in there typically would have something specific in mind for costumes. They are friendly with offering to help but not so helpful. Might find some costumes for kids. They had a lot overflowing outside. read more

I have to give it to them, I was in a punch for a Pulp Fiction themed dinner and they came through. I called and they were kind enough to stay late so I could pick up an Uma Thurman wig and Butch boxing robe. Nobody else dressed up for the dinner but this shop stepped up for us. read more

Messily organized, dusty, not inviting at all. Overpriced, 90% of the rental costumes/accessories were dingy & dirty. As if they weren't cleaned when returned. Staff were friendlyish but very very overbearing. Every item that I picked up, the owner would insist it waited at the register with her. I do not appreciate being hovered over. You're better off going to Spirit, or really any other Halloween supplier. read more

First time at this place and was completely disappointed specifically with the people who work here. Story Time :)) I was minding my business trying to look for sfx makeup (mehron specifically) and they had them in these drawers with labels on them so I helped myself to look around also usually costume and makeup places have them displayed so paying customers can look at prices and what they are buying and to see what options they have !!! As I was looking through idk who this person was walked up to me and said "what do you think you're doing" and closed the drawer as I was still looking. I explained what I was doing because I was not about to get accused of something I didn't do. She said under her breathe that "this is why I told her she needs to put a sign" and immediately shouts to her coworker over to where we were standing. I was keeping my composure I wasn't being rude at all to them and they didn't even know what I was talking about when asking them simple questions about sfx makeup, all I needed was to see the products also their demeanor was completely off & different when speaking to me. My friend was standing next to me the whole time and thought the way they acted was very unnecessary and really rude it made us upset. Rude as **** also was rushed out the store by them I wouldn't support this place at all. I didn't know what could've been the reason for them to treat me the way they did but it isn't an excuse to treat others in that way especially when I didn't do anything wrong. Went to this place with a friend and her daughter. Completely excited for this shopping trip because it's literally the ONLY costume store that I've ever been able to find in the Phx area. Unfortunately it was the most disappointing experience I've ever had. There was one girl working who was so rude to my friend and I all in front of a little girl. The worker was having to call someone else to ask questions about some costumes we were looking at. They didn't know of items were for sale or to rent, or the amount of money for items, it was all just a cluster and over all the customer service killed for all of us. They SUCK! Their costumes are tattered and not clean. Rented an ELF costume for too much money and could not wear it because it was tattered and disgusting!! The ELF HAT would maybe have fit a toddler,, it was an adult costume.. terrible,, not customer friendly,, not worth your time or $$$. read more

Easy to find. Large shop with a nice selection of costumes and accessories. The employees were nice and helpful. My sister and I ended up purchasing a bunch of accessories for our 80's themed birthday party and steampunk stuff for Comicon. The prices were reasonable and like I said they have a nice big selection. My only kind of complaint was that the store needs to work on organization a bit. Things were kind of crowded in, but at least they have tons of choices an that probably why it felt crowded. read more

This costume shop is worthless. We are from out of town and needed them to send us a picture of the costume. My answer was "we don't do this." How lazy that a person cannot take a picture of the item and text or email it. Fun Costumes will not be getting any of my business and I hope none of yours! read more
