The service they provide is second to none in the retail industry. I was in the store trying to find a last minute dress for my 5yr old's school dance, and ended up finding hidden gems, one after another! Styles that I fell in love with, and hadn't seen anywhere else. You can absolutely see how much care is taken when accepting items to buy or trade, they uphold solid standards, which I really appreciate. The prices are very fair, specially due to the quality they accept and you can tell prices are not marked up unnecessarily. I noticed several customers, much like myself, happen upon the store and making comments on how they'd never known it was there and were thrilled with their finds! I noticed every single customer was always greeted and helped in the most welcoming and sincerest way possible. The pure kindness I was shown, left a lasting mark & I will forever recommend stopping in. The world needs more businesses with loving community, integrity, and service as theirs.

I wish I could give negative star!!!…read more I just purchased shoes here and walked out with a terrible feeling because of the rude attitude from the older lady working there. Spending money on a Friday night and leaving upset is not acceptable. I had a very disappointing experience at this store. When I came in with my daughter to try on jazz shoes, the older lady working there was rude from the very beginning. I asked her to bring both styles for my daughter to try, and she responded with a negative attitude like it was a problem. She didn't want to let her to try both styles. . Instead of simply bringing both pairs, the older lady refused, saying one "wouldn't fit." That decision is not hers to make it's the customer's choice to try and compare. Today was my first time visiting, and I was shocked by how unwelcoming this employee was. A sales representative should be helpful and friendly, but instead she made me feel like I wanted to walk out immediately. While my daughter was trying both pairs, I asked my daughter questions to make sure the shoes fit well (since there is no return policy). Instead of letting us focus, the lady kept interrupting by negative talking and being rude and It made the entire process uncomfortable. There are so many other stores that sell dance shoes, and I wish I hadn't wasted my time here. If this store wants to keep customers, they need staff who actually want to help, not drive people away.
