Decent selection of stores, but not too many good restaurants, mainly overpriced chains. There's also an underlying snotty vibe at this mall. My experience was not great. The cashier would not allow me to use discount coupons even though my…read morepurchase was over $300.00 in clothing. I feel that the cashier needs more training in customer service. She was not nice at all. She checked my credit card information and stated that I have been using coupons on my purchases and suggested that I pay with cash. So I paid with cash. I did not know that there is a limit to using discount coupons. She went on to say that the items being purchased were already marked down. I do not always shop at JC Penny, and when I did, my experience was terrible. I just noticed on my credit file that I used 37.67% usage of my credit card on the day of my purchase. I did not use my credit card. I paid in cash. This is not correct.
