The owner of this place made my first time buying a wig so memorable. I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect, especially from the prior experiences I've encountered at other wig shops. Youngsue took the time to patiently work with my indecisiveness as I wasn't sure exactly what I felt comfortable wearing. She made me feel welcomed and was excited to try different styles on me. Great customers service and quality of wigs. Everyone thinks it's my hair, and I colored it without an issue. P.s If you read this Youngsue, thank you for the experience and making me feel so comfortable with the new change. Ash+Em! read more

This place is amazing! I needed a new look for a photo shoot in Hawaii for my honeymoon. I had been thinking about getting extensions but they are so expensive. My friend found this place so we went. The wigs were soooo nice and affordable. The older Asian lady was very helpful and helped style a wig that matched me perfectly. She helped me feel comfortable with purchasing my first wig. I am recommending this place to friends and family and I will definitely be back! read more

Wig Land - Love this wig - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Tempe, Arizona

After undergoing brain surgery and 5 weeks of radiation, I decided it was time for a wig. The woman that helped us was so knowledgeable and kind. I left feeling glamorous with my real hair wig, which was cooler than the synthetic ones and just what I needed for this summer heat. It was also a great value. It was also my 50th birthday and she gave us a great send off with the Happy Birthday song. Thank you! read more

I went to wig land a few months ago when I was diagnosed with alopecia! The service was impeccable and allowed me to try on so many wigs so I could find the perfect one. She took the time to teach me how to try on a wig, and even helped wipe away my tears away! She took time and was so patient with me as I was indecisive about everything. I left with a wig and I'm so thankful. The service and kindness was beyond words. read more

I have never bought a good quality wig at tgis place. I was there on Saturday and i am never going back again because the wig i purchased for $80 is aready looking like i have had it for 5 months. It looks horrible and it is tangled and when you brush it the sheddibg is extreme . Even jist strocking the hair it sheds. I am so disappointed that i wasted my money, time and gas to go there. Never again, if you have money to waste please go to this Wig Land. By the way the 1 star is for good customer service. read more

I have driven by this shop countless times, after reading reviews I decided to visit. Boy was I blown away by Yeon Sook's customer service. Yeon is such a beautiful soul! Idk if she's the owner but wow. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! I live all the way in Avondale but will DEF be coming back!! Perfect pricing .. very personable. Her customer service is better than what u get from other American business owners/businesses .. other beauty supply stores tend to be over priced to me. I got tired of paying $60 for a synthetic wig. I came here and got a beautiful long wig for 34$. Highly recommend! read more

My husband and I stopped in this wig shop for the first time because I wanted to switch up into a wig. Currently I have locks, I asked the gentleman if I can try on 2 wigs. The owners stated that it was against policy because my hair was too thick. ???? First of all im bi racial with locks and my hair is not thick how can you tell that it is pulled back on a very nice pulled back pony tail. My fist thought are well where is the sign stating that? I understand they are jaded a lot of robbery at the hands of African Americans but ma'am and sir you could have handled that so much better. Iwanted to spend money so my business will go elsewhere. Buyers Beware!!! read more

I couldn't be happier with the service and the quality of the wigs I get from here! The owner is the sweetest woman you will ever meet. I have never walked in with out being happily greeted immediately. She's so helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her customers. She will sit you down and take the time to adjust the wigs you try on and will try her hardest to find something just for you. I left today feeling so good about myself with my new wig, the quality is amazing and looks so natural. I won't shop anywhere else but here for wigs! The selections are endless so if you're frustrated with not having many choices, don't waste your time running all over town. Shop here! All lengths, human and synthetic hair available, different styles..I love it. It's an experience. It's more than just picking out a wig, they genuinely care about your happiness. Wig Land - Rose gold front lace wig - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Tempe, Arizona

This was a terrible experience. Really needed a wig for an event went in asked to try one on and asked if someone could help me. The man at the front said nothing and just stared. I then waited in line to ask a lady who was helping everyone for help. As soon as I got to the front I said hello and she immediately said hold on I'm going to help someone else...so rude. So I left disappointed cause I really wanted to buy one. read more

I love this place. The lady is nice and attentive. Even with other customers present. My go to place for a quick wig change up.

I came in to try on some wigs with a friend who was thinking about cutting her hair short. I was contemplating a new hair color. The lady who works here was rude and short. You can only try on wigs if you purchase a cap for 50 cents, which is fine, but then you can only try on 5 and take no photos. I was about to put on my 5th wig when the lady tells me I have tried on too many and she doesn't want any more stress so I can't try any more on. I told her this was going to be my 5th and she refused to let me try any more on. She sucks. read more

I have never encountered such horrible customer service! I have very long hair and have been thinking about cutting about 10 inches off and before I did wanted to try out a wig to make sure I wouldn't hate the short look on me. I went into wig land hoping to find a wig I could test out for a couple of weeks but the lady working said I couldn't try on most of the wigs because my hair was too long. So when I asked what I could try on and told her my reason for wig shopping, she told me I couldn't try on anything and that her wigs are "not for play" and if I want to cut my hair to just cut it. Even after I tried to explain that I wanted to buy a wig she just keep saying I couldn't try on anything. She was extremely rude and I would never recommend this store to anyone! read more

The lady in the store was very friendly and helpful. I understand that if you do not bring your wig cap you have the buy one,or would you want to try on a dirty wig. Yeah they have a 5 wig try on rule, but I'm sure if its not busy she help you try more. Prices are ok, online is always cheaper but there you cant try. Overall i had a great experience and i would recommend. read more

Love this place. The owner is so nice. She has the best selection of wigs to choose from. I tried on several wigs and she never said anything to me about the limit of wigs that I could try on. The woman who works there is SO friendly and kind. She helped me with every need I had and was so nice. I had to pay 50 cents for a wig cap which was completely fine to make sure every wig was clean. When I wasn't sure about something the woman was so nice and suggested something she thought would be flattering to my face and figure. I will definitely come again and resend to all because of the excellent service and genuine care. read more

Oh how I love me some MaMaSon! I came to Wigland to explore my options being I refuse to do a lot with my hair this summer. Oh how I wish I knew the ladies name at this shop being she is the sweetest most helpful lady. I can say if you visit on a day she not there, the gentleman is not as nice and helpful and seems to get skittish if there are to many people in the in the store at one time. If the store is slow, he can be pretty helpful. I'll be back in the near future for more Shirley's! read more

Then owner came over and cussed me out terrible and store looks like a bum hang out!! Use United instead great selection and helpful workers read more

This establishment has the most abominable customer service I have ever experienced. I was told because I have long hair that I am unable to test out any of the lace front wigs. The owner of the store told me that this is simply because of "policy". She refused to accommodate my needs as a customer and was incredibly rude and sarcastic. In conclusion, if you have long hair do not waste your time and money at Wigland. read more

Worst customer service. They followed us around the store the entire time and told us to put the wig back on the counter because it's policy and he doesn't have to give us a reason. Won't be getting my money. read more

The owner left much to be desired on my first visit so, I thought I 'd give it a second try. Wrong! She watches you as if at any moment your going to steal a lace front! Her selection/ inventory looks as if everything has been discontinued. Do not shop here! It's a waste of time and money. Bypass wig land and make the drive to Mid-K. There your not followed around, get assistance and can try the pieces on. read more
