I've been coming here for almost 10 years now. I've always found a great selection of wigs, both…read moresynthetic and human. The customer service has always been the best. I love that I can take in my synthetic wigs and have them thinned and cut to make them mine and especially love that I can take in my human hair wigs and have them colored and/or roots added to again make them me. Haley always has done a great job and I've never been happier with the results. I'm also so very happy that she's decided to open up a small shop in the Copper Basin area in San Tan. It's great to be able to go there when I'd like to have adjustments made or simply just have a great wash and style done. The location is so convenient being that I live in the Florence area. If you're looking for a wig or topper you can't go wrong checking out either of her places. She definitely can beat all the other wig shops around the Phoenix area in my opinion when it comes to quality, customer service and price!

I then made an appointment to spend more time. When I can for the appointment, she was on time and very helpful. She took a lot of time explaining how the topper should be centered with your nose, and gently clipped on, as to not pull out hair unnecessarily. She was gentle and knows her products and inventory. She made suggestions on making the topper more personalized for my face. The only complaint is that they don't have samples in the colors offered. I take that back, they do from the manufacturer that are very difficult to get an idea of what it looks like in the actual hair piece/wig. I will follow up this review once I make a final selection and have it styled. I recommend this place to anyone interested in wigs, toppers, extensions, clip ons, etc. They are very friendly and efficient here. Tip: make an appointment to make the experience successful.

Its been a very tough time for her financially and mentally to say the least. She purchased a $1600 wig and after we left she said they gave her the tablet and ask for a 10%, 15% or 20 % Gratuity. There was not a place to put a custom tip so a 10% tip on a $1600 wig cost her $160. Shame on them!!! I was so mad when after we left and I found out they did this to her! They spent a total of 15 minutes with her. I am so so upset that they take advantage of vulernable individuals going through cancer like this.

Diana not only knew about the system but did a spectacular job aligning the clips within the base of the piece without irritating any of the tunnel grafts...she did an AMAZING job from a stock piece - the cut, color, highlights and styling were exactly what we were hoping for. We have been through many hair replacement businesses and stylists over the last 20+ years, some bad, some good, but Diana is absolutely the best - what a kind person and incredible talent. My spouse looks fantastic, and her cut-in was extraordinarily fast, precise, and after a few edits to the style, it fit perfectly and looks incredible. We highly recommend Tailored Hair Plus!
