I came in here in a whim not realizing I needed to make an appointment. Betsy was able to give me a little time. She tried on a couple hair toppers for me. I then made an appointment to spend more time. When I can for the appointment, she was on time and very helpful. She took a lot of time explaining how the topper should be centered with your nose, and gently clipped on, as to not pull out hair unnecessarily. She was gentle and knows her products and inventory. She made suggestions on making the topper more personalized for my face. The only complaint is that they don't have samples in the colors offered. I take that back, they do from the manufacturer that are very difficult to get an idea of what it looks like in the actual hair piece/wig. I will follow up this review once I make a final selection and have it styled. I recommend this place to anyone interested in wigs, toppers, extensions, clip ons, etc. They are very friendly and efficient here. Tip: make an appointment to make the experience successful. read more

Wonderful selection, the staff especially Teresa was very kind and knowledgeable. Purchased a synthetic topper that will last a very long time. read more

Doesn't want to give you the time to pick out what may set you back a couple of thousands $$$ 45 min consult doesn't cut it for me. Did have some good advice, but having the time to go through several expensive toppers, does bother me, most reds are too much in the pink side. I won't spend money if I feel I haven't gotten the time deserved. I called stating I was running a few minutes late (5-10 min) who ever answered the phone, said that would cut into the 45 min. of time she had schedule. I won't be rushed. This is a lot of money to spend and I'll view my options first with other wig out let's as well if this is all the time she'll offer up. My time and travel is valuable as well. Dear Owner you should read my full review, your right I didn't show up as either you or your help said let me phrase it again, you only had 45 min of time to give me. This would be the second time I've tried to make arrangements with you. First time shame on me, second time shame on you! Besides that I doubt you carry European toppers any ways. I'm not coloring my hair to match a topper. So like giving your client time to pick a topper, you should give the time to read the full review. I doubt you really have anyone working for you. If you have to close between 1:00 - 2:00 for lunch. So your out! Decided to give rice water a try, from you-tube. It worked! Didn't need to spend that kind of money on a topper. Rosemary oil. Worked like s charm. read more

I was able to make an appointment and never felt rushed. I ended up purchasing a topper and a wig. Extremely pleased!!

After looking on line and reading reviews to find a wig shop that would help me find the right wig. I chose Paris wigs and I'm so glad I did .I made an appointment for the consultation. I was immediately greeted by Betsy who I had spoken with on the phone. I have a lot of anxiety from hair loss and she made me feel so comfortable trying on quite a few wigs before I made my choice. There is a lot to know and she took her time explaining everything along with the price. This shop has a large selection of beautiful wigs and styling services for maintaining your wigs and toppers. Both the owner and Betsy are very helpful and empathic. I plan on getting another in the next 6 months and I will definitely return to this shop. read more

I went into Paris Wigs in Chandler, AZ today. I bought my second wig from them today. I'm so sorry I can't remember the young ladies name that helped me , but she was blonde. She was so helpful, we tried on numerous wigs until we found the perfect one. We actually laughed at some of them we tried on me as they weren't my style. It was a fun experience for the second time. I also have my wigs washed and styled by them, they do a great job. It's just something I don't care do to my self. Thanks, Bonnie V read more

I made an appointment at Paris Wigs and Extensions and had a great experience! The selection of human hair wigs was decent and I was able to make my first human hair purchase. Paris wigs is very expensive, and after I paid over $400, they wanted me to pay another charge to get a quick tweak on one side of my hair piece. A 2 minute job!!! This was the day after I got my piece styled, and I thought it was a miss spot on their behalf! Very poor customer service!! read more

Thank you Paris Wigs for your AMAZING customer service and kindness. Our experience in your store was fantastic. Although I was only searching for a wig to complete my Halloween costume I am grateful I found your store. I witnessed your compassion and professionalism while working with other clients in the store...those who are battling illnesses that result in hair loss. Although my reason for being in the store was a vain attempt to look good in my Halloween costume, I walked away with gratitude in my heart. The owners of this store are passionate about their business and their costumers. I highly recommend you check it out. I'm glad I did. read more

This place is amazing! I had a terrible haircut that made me cry but had thought about wigs anyway. I cam here because there were already so many positive reviews and I'm glad I did. I've looked at tons of wigs online, but getting to try them on in person is sooo useful! I found the perfect one and she even helped me style it and cut the lace for me! They have wigs in all different price ranges and I did not feel pressured at all to buy or to buy a specific one. Very friendly atmosphere, even the customers in the shop were friendly and gave me compliments on the way out. I had a bad haircut, but I'm glad it brought me here. Thank you so much, Paris wigs! read more

My hair is thinning and not because of my thyroid ( had it checked) I think it's thinning because of age or stress who knows. So I went here to see about a "topper". They have so many different types and style and colors there is no way I could of gotten what I needed without their help. Unfortunate that I don't remember her name but she looked at me and said " I have the prefect topper for you". She came back and put it on and it was AMAZING how real it looked and how it matched my own hair. Nobody can tell it is not my real hair. Keep in mind, they are not cheap. For real hair you can spend 500.00 and up easily. It was worth the 600.00 I paid for it read more

I have had fusion keratin extensions for the past 2 years and it had left my hair thin and damaged and wanted to seek another alternative. I walked in and Haley had me sit down tried different colors/styles on me and showed me the Halo extensions! If you have never heard of these I would highly suggest checking them out. They don't damage your hair and is much easier and lasts longer than any extensions I've ever had! She washed my hair, placed the extensions on, blow dryed, cut and styled my hair! I walked out feeling like I just left the salon and love my halo extensions!! Thank you Haley! Best customer service around! read more

Professional and very knowledgeable about hair extensions and hair toppers, I've purchased several items from Paris Wigs and Extensions and will continue to do business with them. I was visiting Scottsdale and found them by Sunny's hair & extensions. I live in San Jose so they have my hair color so whenever I need something I can call them. They ship it to my home and I receive the items in a very expeditious time frame. My second visit during spring training highly skilled and professional staff. I have very thin hair so I need them for volume when they start growing out I use a light topper to hide the growth. Bought a new topper and a pony tail for the hot days in San Jose though not as hot as Arizona I highly recommend them I believe they sell and repair extensions. I'll visit them again and highly recommend them too read more

I came in to the shop yesterday. I had no idea what I wanted. Heather was so helpful. She took her time with me and explained all my different choices. I ended up buying a real hair topper. She styled it for me and made the roots a little Darker to match my hair. It looks wonderful and I'm excited to wear it. My hair is thin and I wanted a thicker luck and a little extra length. I thought the prices were very reasonable. Thanks again to heather for all your help and fun attitude . read more

I am very disappointed in the service I received, or should I say lack of service, from Paris Wigs. Back in early November, I stopped in the store to get a topper which I was told was on backorder til Dec 10th. I understood and waited. I then called on Dec 11th and was told not in, I'll call my vendor & call you back...no call. I then called again the next week & was told the same thing...again no call back. Called a third time, told the same thing, and guess what!?! Surprise, no call back. They really make me feel like they don't want my business. Maybe I'm not important enough because I'm not a cancer patient. In any case, this is not how customers should be treated & I'm very disappointed. I guess I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Heather and Kim are two of the most knowledgeable and compasionate people I know. They are very aware that each person who walks into Paris Wigs has a story that is often painful and difficult. Whether it's for health related hair loss, theatrical needs, or just looking for a fun change, Paris Wigs should be the first place you think of for the most natural looking solutions and an amazing service experience. read more

How have I not reviewed this place?? 3 years ago they took my dream catchers out for me and talked me off a ledge after having them in for 8 years. They sold me a halo couture hair extension which I, though am NOT gifted with hair, was able to put in and out. I went a year with out my extensions until I put the halo in for a concert and never took it out again! Well, the color of my hair had changed slightly so I ended up at another salon and got talked into buying a layered one for daily wear. Well they never told me anything about how to care for it. It went completely afropoof on me in a couple short months. So back to Paris I went! To see if they could salvage. They happened to have my color in stock so I bought a new one and Heather took a good hour shaping it to my hair, going over with me how to care for it. What to do, what NOT to do! I think this one will last much longer! So thankful, don't go anywhere else for your Halo Couture Hair Extensions, Hair Pieces, toppers, wigs...these ladies are the pros at human hair!!! Wow. read more

I'll start by saying that I've never had a positive wig store experience in the past. So I didn't arrive with high hopes. As soon as I walked in, Haley did everything she could to make me feel comfortable. I got to try on many wigs, I was never rushed, I had help when I needed it, and wasn't hovered over when I didn't. I was so comfortable that I was walking around bald, looking at the different wigs, and wasn't embarrassed. I got an adorable wig for a great price and some accessories (she trimmed the bangs for me, for free). I'll be going back asap for a human hair one that I had to leave behind. No snobbery. No mean girl vibes. No invasive questions about why my hair is gone. Plenty of help when I needed it. Space when I didn't. No sales pressure. THIS is the wig store I've always wanted to find. I will be back again and again. read more

4 of us ladies were looking for a fun wig that looked natural that we could wear around town. We checked out other places and Paris wigs was our last stop. Lucky for us,because all of us found something different for each of us. They ordered the color we chose. It came in a few days later and either one of the ladies are excellent in thinning and/or trimming as needed. Actually my wig was the only one that came in and I didn't like the color, so Haley let me pick another wig which I really like. They always spend time working with you. Prices are reasonable and includes trimming etc. I might go back and get another style just for another look. Joanne B. Scottsdale,az read more

After being frustrated with my thin, limp hair and embarrassing cowlick I just woke up one morning and walked in to the shop. I'm totally new to hair pieces and wigs. Heather was so warm and welcoming even though I didn't have an appointment. She was generous with her time. She immediately found a few toppers that she thought would look good on me and she was right. She listened to my concerns and was patient as I rattled on and on about my hair frustrations. After I selected which one I liked she cut the topper so that it blended in with my real hair and then showed me how to put it on and maintain it. Heather was kind, professional, very knowledgeable, down to earth and made the whole process very smooth. I had done a little research online before hand so I wasn't shocked at the prices. Expect to pay a few hundred dollars for a quality synthetic topper. If this is something you are going to wear everyday, it's worth the money. Also, I will save a lot of time and money from getting my hair styled and colored at a salon and wrangling with it every day. I can just wash, dry and throw on this topper and I'm ready to roll. I wish I would have done this years ago! Anyways I'm really glad I met Heather and if I have any problems or issues I feel good knowing she is there. read more

Are you wondering if it's time for a wig because you don't' have much hair left, my suggestion is try this place. I had been weary to even consider my need for a wig, but after reading the reviews for Paris Wigs and months of research, I finally got the courage to schedule an appointment. With knots in my stomach when I first walked in from not knowing what to expect, Kim guided me through the process and eased my concerns right away. While she was looking for a piece that might work, I looked around the shop and saw so many wigs but none in my color or style. I was feeling a little down, but Kim walked out with several pieces that matched my hair color. Then even more amazing they had a piece that matched my hair length and style also! The owner Heather then made the finishing touches to the hairpiece, I couldn't' tell the difference myself that it wasn't my own hair. The real test would be when my husband saw it, He notices everything! Well, the hairpiece passed with flying colors. His comment was 'do you have it on?' He couldn't tell for sure. He only noticed that it looked like I had more hair. Thank you Kim and Heather. read more

My grandma was recently diagnosed with breast cancer so he wanted to go and buy her a wig. Paris was recommended to us by a neighbor and we wanted to go check it out , a wig experience should be kind of fun to do with your daughter and granddaughter. The sales staff at Paris was very friendly and welcoming but it did take about 30 minutes for somebody to help us try on wigs. But once we did have a sales associate help. she was very kind and knowledgeable about the sparser selection that they did have. You can tell she had been working there for a while and she was also very kind and compassionate while. While in the hospital my grandma did pick up a wig magazine and we had wanted to look at some Raquel Welsh wigs when we went to the store , so I had kind of done my research before going into look. To get idea Of the price point to see what we should be looking at. I did feel that the wigs were quite overpriced, And they didn't have a large selection and they didn't have multiple colors in each wig that they did have, they were pushing more to have it ordered through online. One of the wigs we wanted to try that we saw online was a Raquel Welsh called "upstage" Paris wanted $410 for it and we found it on thewigsoutlet.com for only $202. So if you want the experience all the staff was definitely friendly but for the price it was definitely more than necessary. We ended up Buying three wigs online all Raquel Welsh for $680. So just do your research before buying to make sure you're getting a fair price. Also found it strange that all Accessories in the shop Didn't have price tags on it. Extensions the caps/ hats, the scarfs made it feel like you need to ask the price and that they can change it on you base on the kind of day they're having . read more
