I gave a brief history of my hair and what I have in mind. (I always had full highlights since high school because of gray hairs. I came in for an extension reinstall and unfortunately had several issues. The rows were installed unevenly--one side sat much higher than the others. The rows weren't flush with my scalp, causing bubbling and discomfort, and there were a bunch of beads missing in the back. Also, a string was left hanging in one row, which seems careless and lacks attention to detail. I also had to ask for blending after the install, but even then, the extensions were still quite visible. While the stylist was kind and responsive in the past, the quality of this service just didn't meet expectations. Extensions are a big investment, and I left feeling self-conscious and frustrated.
