She was so knowledgeable and answered every single question I had. Made me feel so comfortable. By the time I left the consultation I was so excited I could not wait to do this. One of the things I read on the Internet is that people suggest you buy 2 hair systems. Lori Said that was not necessary, that was something they used to do when it took a long time to order the hair now they can get it in five days. So I did not feel like she was trying to plus sell me which made me feel even more comfortable going with elements of hair. She showed me different hair systems and helped me match my color. I wanted it to look as natural as possible to my own hair if I had any LOL. I placed the order and made my appointment for one week later. I was so excited for this appointment. Lori was there to help and I had an appointment with Kelly who did the cut in. The two of them together made me feel so relaxed and they did the best job I could've imagined. In my mind I was worried it would just be OK and that at this point I really don't have a lot of options .I would just have to live with whatever happened and however it looked. But I will tell you 2 and a half hours later I started crying .I've not seen myself with this much hair in 20 years. I felt beautiful . I felt normal.
