Like another 2 inches higher than my original line. I told her I didn't want an undercut, I showed her photos before she started cutting, & she chopped me UP. She was bouncing the razor off my head in every direction, she wasn't clipping sections of my hair out of the way. I asked her why she ran the razor so high she snapped "You SAID you wanted it buzzed " I was staring at the bare sides of my head & she said "It'll grow back." Another stylist came over & nagged at me, insisting my girl couldn't buzz it properly because the clippers are too big & that I'm not a professional stylist so I don't know how hair works. I told her that was ridiculous & she should know how to use her own tools. While I battled the 2nd stylist, my girl stood off to the side scoffing & rolling her eyes & snickering. Maybe it was nervous laughter. But she clearly made a mistake & neither one of them could be professional & just fix it, they wanted to argue it away. I told them both I wanted her to clean it up, & I wanted to leave. I had to ask her to blow dry my wet hair, she was pushing for me to get out of her chair like I had done something to HER. I was even about to pay & she told me to just go. I didn't even raise my voice or stomp out, I was trying so hard to keep it together. That "It'll grow back" comment really stung. Not something I want to hear a professional hair stylist say after they've destroyed my mop. I highly recommend avoiding this salon.
