Stefan kept repeating himself over and over, smelled of alcohol, cancelled on me 3/4 times to fix my hair with numerous excuses, didn't get close to what I wanted done, burned my hair, as well as delaying my refund for 3 weeks. That said, everything still turned out beautifully, and the receptionists were friendly and welcoming as always. Overall, another positive experience for our group!
