We had a few last-minute tweaks, like switching a partial updo to a full updo and changing a shampoo and blowout to a dry style, and they were very accommodating. Group bookings can be tricky, so we really appreciate that flexibility. In the past, they paired you with one stylist for hair and a separate makeup artist, but this time it seemed like the same person handled both services. It was our first experience with this setup. While everyone was happy with how their hair and makeup turned out, there were some conversations about preferring specialists for each service, as many stylists tend to have a stronger focus on either hair or makeup. That said, everything still turned out beautifully, and the receptionists were friendly and welcoming as always. Overall, another positive experience for our group!
