It was alarming enough that I am currently going to the ER to have it evaluated and make sure there is no infection. I can't say for certain what caused it, but this appeared directly under the product that was applied here and it is something I have never encountered before in all my years of getting my nails done. This situation is extremely concerning and may result in a significant medical bill just to ensure my nail and nail bed are safe. I hope the salon takes this seriously and looks into what may have happened so no one else experiences the same issue.

I understand wanting to cut costs, but the administrative side of the experience is too important to overlook. Even a part-time receptionist or intern would make a huge difference in the flow and overall customer experience.
