Please understand it's not always about what you can buy at a place, its the customer service, return policies, and kindness. I needed some nail polish for my sister's funeral. I stopped there yesterday brought some for $2.99. My dress came the next day, and I could see the polish wasn't a match. I thought no concerns it had not been opened, and the receipt was still in the bag with it. I went to store told them I wanted to exchange it (because that's typically what a store allows). The manager was very rude, downright disrespectful, stated we can't take that back. We are unable to tell if you opened it, WHAT? Cap still locked, nails unpolished, kindness and customer service expected, but all I got was two mean, very rude disrespectful people. The one called herself a manager, should have been working at a fast-food joint or stay at home with that Stang attitude. then the real nastiness came out. God will have to show them mercy they will need it. They broke my cap (it was whole and closed when taken off the self.) so grateful it didn't get on me or anything of mine. I throw both bottles away because that spirit from them I didnt want in my home. I asked God to show them what they did to his child. They will see. I am sorry but I refuse to pay for these out of date human blend, or even the "100%" human hair. I went into yes Beauty Supply store back in late August to get something cute for a concert and a trip. Brittany helped us (she is so beautiful btw) and she was very knowledgeable about styles colors and cuts. She gave me a quick lesson on how to properly handle and test lace fronts. Me and my friend spent about 3 hours trying on different things, after finding my 2 winners she offered to cut the lace (prob so I wouldn't mess it up later lol) which I appreciate so much. It's OK went to get a ponytail and the young woman are helpful there are no older women there to help out with holder customers. But they know a lot about hair I'm from the Chicago area so we have tons of everything so to me this place is average. It's an easy place for something quick you will pay more than if you bought it off line. I paid 10 dollars for a ponytail and on Wigtypes.com they are about 7 dollars and some change. This must be a first! People who actually have knowledge about the products they sell. I know, virtually unheard of, right? When I am in need of black haircare products (yes, black people do not necessarily use the same haircare products as non-black people), I would plan on driving around to at least two or three places to get what I needed or wanted. YES has put an end to that. I get what I need, when I need it and for the right price. In addition the staff is FRIENDLY and acknowledge that you are a repeat customer. So I always wondered how people wearing the wigs and it is so cool to be different all the time,but I never can figure out how you can't tell if it's wig or not. I am beyond impressed with this store and the management/staff. I have been all over Phoenix looking for a specific color wig for a play I am working on. I went to all of my usual shops and none of them had what I needed. Yes Beauty was my last stop and I had a feeling I'd leave satisfied. Well, i was right. Brittany and Alize were so helpful. When I walked in Brittany(whose shift was ending soon) was finishing with a customer and once the customer left she came to find me and asked if I needed assistance. Of course I did lol She helped me and explained some things to me and let me know she was there if I needed more help. When it was her time to leave she filled in Alize on my needs so that Alize could help me. Alize and I wondered all through the store discussing my needs and I felt like I was being a pain but she insisted that she was happy to help. The staff member and manager working that day were patient, helpful, answered all my questions, offered suggestions on wig care, helped me straighten out the wigs when I didn't seem to line them up right putting them on, gave me options for shampoo, and told me about what temperature to use for what kind of styling, and following my purchase, even flat-ironed my wig so that I could wear it out!!
