The place was packed! That being said, there were at least four employees handling customers. We were offered some cold bottles of water while we waited, which was a nice touch, and then Vicki helped us out. We ended up trying on a boys' suit and then ordering a size up... I found the price for this reasonable for a quality suit and we were told it should be arriving within the week. We will go back when it arrives to see if it needs alterations, and I know that BT&C is known for the great job they do with tailoring, so I may have to bump this review up another star based on our next experience visiting. Nothing was able to be taken care of on the spot which is somewhat understandable, but days later my claim was denied. I was in absolute shock upon receiving this email. So because your system isn't able to prevent fraudulent theft of your gift cards I am left without my gift card funds? I've been shopping at Nordstrom since I was in high school 20+ years ago and I have always like Nordstrom Rack and Last Chance, but I mean this when I say this, I will never go there ever again or any of my family until this is resolved.

A lot of items are marked down from there original prices. Today I was able to find me some nice shirts and let me tell you can't go wrong looking for shoes here. Today was a good visit. The area is very busy so be careful driving around as there are plenty of other places to shop, so driving around can be tricky. My suggestion is to come here during the week days if possible. They have great brands including Urban, Anthropologie, and Free People at just an amazing value. If you're like me, these brands make your mouth water but your credit card cry. Come to Reclectic to find still very much in style pieces that won't hurt the bank. Also I think this is a great way to prevent these items from getting destroyed and ending up in landfills due to not being sold the first time around!! When I bought it I pointed out a bunch of strings and they told me they would fix that. I get it yesterday and it's full of lint and looks generally like a used suit that doesn't fix. I will never buy anything from a business with a no refund policy ever again and if that means I never own a suit they can bury me in my gym clothes. I really hate this place.
