During checkout, they just put a list of items in front of us and did not tell us the price! We had to ask for an itemized list before we gave our credit card and that was a problem for the store! We ordered our groomsmen's suits from this website, along with suits for my dad and brothers, for…read moreour wedding coming up next week. We were told our suits would arrive at least two weeks before the wedding. It is now September 29, and we still have not received our suits. We have only 10 days until our wedding, and we have no backup plan if these suits don't arrive in time. On top of that, we were told that if the suits need alterations and the company does not fix the issue, we could pay to have them altered ourselves and they would reimburse us for the alteration costs. That is not something we should have to worry about this close to our wedding when the suits were supposed to arrive weeks in advance. This has caused an unbelievable amount of unnecessary stress during what is already a very stressful time. Our wedding day is getting closer, and we shouldn't have to worry about whether the suits we ordered will even arrive, let alone whether they will fit properly once they do. If you are ordering suits for an important event, especially a wedding, please save yourself the stress and make sure you have plenty of time for a backup plan. I would not recommend this company if you need your order by a specific date.

The place was packed! That being said, there were at least four employees handling customers. We were offered some cold bottles of water while we waited, which was a nice touch, and then Vicki helped us out. We ended up trying on a boys' suit and then ordering a size up... I found the price for this reasonable for a quality suit and we were told it should be arriving within the week. We will go back when it arrives to see if it needs alterations, and I know that BT&C is known for the great job they do with tailoring, so I may have to bump this review up another star based on our next experience visiting.
