I love shopping here, beautiful clothes and good quality, but I have one big problem, environment very hostile, why are the employees rude for? I had work with customer service my whole life, and I had never been rude for no reason. I spend a lot money here... I buy a fairy jacket here a week ago, and they forgot to take the sensor off, now I understand that mistakes happen, but why when I'm in the register, the girl gives me so much attitude when she asked for my receipt, then of course I start lookin at clothes because I love shopping here, but the employee energy was off, I grabbed the most prettiest skirt and went to the dressing room, now it's a different girl working in the dressing room, I came in to try the skirt and I only grab a size small, reminding you I'm in a rush, cause I have to stop in other places before the mall closed, so I asked her if she could get me a size extra small, and she says that's all they have, but I knew it was more sizes. I just thought I will fit a small better but I was wrong so you have to understand that. I'm already in the fitting room with my shoes off and different clothes, anyways, she gave me so much attitude and she said that she was gonna go check finally, I was been nice the whole time, she never came back and I'm sitting in the fitting room for 15 minutes or longer, very unprofessional, she did not even come back to tell me anything, i feel stupid standing there... So I grab all my stuff and went outside and I saw her doing something completely different no helping anyone, anyways I grab what I was looking for, my question is, why are you working in a retail store? Cindy, Yvette and Annalee are amazing! I wandered in having no idea what Windsor was about. I am "over the hill" as they say, yet these young women took care of me as if I were Cinderella going to the ball. They even modeled the items I was choosing between! They do have larger sizes but if you aren't interested in the clothing, they have amazingly priced, quality accessories. Handbags, belts, hosiery, jewelry etc. Even "flower petals" - if you know, you know. If you are in Scottsdale - Go let these girls take care of you! You will find at least one treasure! read more

I used to love this store and would recommend that every girl I know shop here. I have spent thousands of dollars here and had no problems until now. I tried to return $30 pants on an order of $205 with the tag still on the pants and they refused to do a store credit. I bought them last week but I threw away my receipt. I have returned many items here in the past with no receipt. As long as the tag was still on the would scan the item and then give me store credit. This time, they treated me horribly and said they wouldn't let me return the pants. I offered to show them my account and the day/time/and amount of the transaction and she said sorry nothing we can do. She was rude and did not care at all about helping me or listening to me. I ended up leaving the pants there with no return or exchange. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! I will never ever shop here again after being treated this way. You should treat your loyal customers as if they are nothing. When I told the pregnant lady at the front that I would never shop there again she said, good! Who says that!? This place is horrible and I will be going elsewhere and telling all my girls to shop somewhere else. Horrible!!! Don't shop here!!!!!! This review is ONLY for Abby at the Fashion Square location. I had taken my 13 year old daughter to find her graduation dress. I went into this store a total of 4 times in 2 weeks. Abby is the only one worth mentioning. SHE WAS FABULOUS!!!! She had overheard my daughter and I arguing about what shoes would be appropriate. She approached me and offered to intervene with my daughter. She then spent the next hour helping us look for dresses, shoes, shawls and accessories. She never got frustrated with my daughter for being picky or for me sending her to the computer to see what sizes were in stock and where. If I could have wrapped her up and brought her home I would have. Kudos to you Abby!!! Unfortunately, none of the other associates were even in the same ballpark. I had to hunt employees down to ask for help on the other shopping trips. When I returned one of the dresses I bought, I apparently was interrupting the 2 girls shopping time as they were on the online website looking at clothes they were going to buy. My daughter and I were in California on vacation. Went to several dress stores, found a dress, took a picture along with tag and sku #. Came back to Arizona and went to several Windsor's thinking the dress was from there. No luck. Went to fashion square Windsor, Showed the picture of the dress to the associate Kayla, who is fabulous. and immediately told us that dress is not from Windsor because of the tag. My visit on September 1, from 1pm-2:30pm was extremely frustrating. It all started when my sister, daughter, niece and I were browsing a dress rack and an employee by the name of Kachare (not sure of the spelling) raised her voice at my sister and physically pushed her out of her way to put clothes back on the rack. Then we proceed to the fitting room and multiple sets of girls were going into rooms together to change, and when we politely asked Adrienne (employee) if our niece and daughter could change in one room to conserve another room for another customer, she very rudely told us "uhmm no". We asked why other people were exceptions to their rule and we were told they were "family" and that there is nothing they are able to do about the other customers. We are closer to the Arrowhead location, yet we drive all the way to Scottsdale Fashion Square location due to the fact that we have come here every year to shop for Homecoming dresses and normaly have the best customer service. I am shocked how a whole team of employees can be so rude and have the audacity to talk poorly about us in front of our faces. Another reason I am extremely upset is because of when we were looking at your selection of shoes near the entrance, the security beeper continued to beep as our dresses were a few feet from the door, Adrienne reached her hands out attempting to grab the dresses out of our hands. There were a group of people by the door yet she targeted us. If you don't want the beeper to go off don't put merchandise right next to the sensor. We were not offered help once. There was another employee by the name of Dana that was gossiping with Adrienne and looking and laughing at us and giving us dirty looks for no reason. I'm not sure why the ladies had such a chip on their shoulders. As long as Kachare, Adrienne and Dana are at this location we will not be returning as this experience will never be forgotten. This should have been a fun experience but instead it was horrible. Someone from corporate needs to address their lack of customer service otherwise we will never return to any of your stores. read more

I have shopped at this store for Awhile now, and a month in half ago purchased over 150$ in clothing/accessories/etc. I bought a belt that was a size too large and went in to try and just get a small Instead of a medium. The tags were on the item and I had the receipt. The lady told me I was not able to exchange the item since it was a week past the 30 day policy. I told her I didn't want a refund, or money back, or even a different item I just wanted the exact item in a smaller size which they had in store. She looked at me and said she can't help me in any way. Like I spend over 100$ every time I'm in there, and you cant spare a 12$ item to just give me the correct size? I went in yesterday to look for a dress for a wedding this weekend and was not acknowledged once or greeted for that matter. Normally I wouldn't mind however my 1 year old son was sleeping and I would have loved to been helped and power shopped to get in and out quickly. I picked out a handful of dresses and headed to try them on. Helped myself to a room. I found 1 dress but needed a different size, but right about that time my son woke up. Probably would have purchased that 60 dollar dress as well as accessories but didn't have an opportunity try. I've shopped here a few times before and experiences have been about the same. I went in the other day and had the GREATEST experience! I was immediately greeted by two adorable girls, one sales woman with long silver hair and her manager Mercedes. Right away they asked if I needed help and I explained to them that I was in a huge rush and needed a dress for a wedding this week. I was whisked away and shown a ton of dresses and put in a fitting room. The sales woman (I believe her name was Abby or Gabby) helped me zip up each dress and give her professional opinion. Both girls gave me advice the entire time, and it made me feel like I was shopping with my best friends. I was helped out with accessories as well, and walked out with an entire outfit and a huge wave of relief. I cannot wait to go back and see my new favorite girls at my new favorite store. Windsor is the definition of customer service and my experience was fantastic. I came here tonight with my family (11yr old and husband) to find outfits to wear for my 10 year high school reunion. I had a helpful store associate help me into a fitting room, with my daughter and husband. My husband stayed in there to help me decide what dress to pick and also entertain my daughter (who didn't want to be away from me). I was in the store for about 45 mins trying on dresses. After trying on my last dress another associate asked if I needed assistance while in the dressing room, I replied that I did not. Another 5 mins went by as I was putting on my clothes and the associate said "for future reference we only allow one person in the dressing room" I stated "ok"..2 more mins go by as I am putting on my shoes and the associate harassed me again stating "I don't want to tell u again we only let 1 customer in at a time" I don't know what this ladies issue was but I was literally just trying on clothes, not bothering anyone..I found 3 dresses to purchases and decided not to purchase any. After opening the room I asked was there an issue and she sarcastically said no and walked away with an attitude. I'm confused what I did wrong in this situation. I was a customer on a Tuesday night in an empty store willing to buy 3 items. Idk if she thought we were trying to steal but I let her know that it wasn't that case. She didn't help me feel appreciated as a customer and wasn't helpful.. just annoying and sarcastic. She also wasn't dressed professionally for a clothing store, wearing a dirty addidas shirt and jeans with sloppy hair. I will never shop at this location again. read more
